7.18.21. Good service & yummy treats!!!7.9.2022Husband got another blackberry Waffle cobbler mix? Blackberries were VERY VERY lacking unfortunately. I got a strawberry cheesecake concrete. NO CHEESECAKE at all. Maybe some like crust crumbs, a few strawberries in vanilla custard.Disappointing. We still love Andy's Frozen Custard. Mixes we got though, are not up to par sorry to say.Great service as always and we appreciate. Had we not taken home to eat, we would have returned to counter for redo.
They had a special advertised on their menu board for two pints of ice cream and four waffle cones for $11. We ordered, paid, and were then told that that special is over and we needed to pay an additional $4 for the waffle cones. We pointed out that the special was posted right in the middle of their menu in the drive thru but they refused to honor it. At that point our kids were very excited for ice cream so we had no choice but to hand over our card for another charge. Horrible service, they should have honored the advertised deal. **update - we got home and they only gave us three cones, instead of the four that they charged us for. Incredibly annoyed right now. **update 2 - opened the pints and they gave us the wrong flavor. Drove all the way back to the store to get them replace. Informed them how disappointed we were and that charging us more than the posted price was wrong. The employee informed me that his manager instructed him to do so and no refund or apology gesture was made.
This place is amazing every single time we have been here it never disappoints. My boys love this place.
Great food, good size concrete for the price, in relation to other establishments. I appreciate that when they start to get backed up they send people out to get orders faster, to help the wait at the window be faster. I also appreciate talking directly to someone instead of through a machine.
Oooff the drive thru. You can’t order until you get to the window (no microphone, like every other drive thru). When you get to the window, you’d better know what you want because there’s no menu at the window. Imagine how slow this makes the entire drive thru process. Can’t understand how a business in 2022 operates like this. Needless to say, the drive thru is slower than slow. The custard is the redeeming factor, and the reason this isn’t a 1-star review.
Holy freakin moly. So good. I got the waffle cone concrete and omg ? the custard is so smooth and there is the perfect ratio of ingredients to cream. Staff was really friendly and FAST!
If you haven't been to Andy's then you are genuinely missing out! Smooth and creamy soft custard. The menu is full of great options or create your own!!Don't forget the rewards app!!

This is an absolutely amazing place. If your trying to have a great time with a special someone or friends I'd recommend it. I always get the James brown fudge jackhammer. If you haven't had it 100% try it.
The James brownie funky jackhammer is the bomb ?
