Worst customer service ever!!! Placed a delivery order through the Wingstop app. Showed it was delivered over an hour ago, called the store and they said they farm their orders out to Doordash but nobody picked it up. Manager Michael did absolutely nothing to attempt to make my situation right. Never again!!!
The service was bad and there was no other business there but a restaurant full of employees. The food was supposed to take 18 min we were told and it took over 35 min. The only thing that was hot was the corn. The beverage machine was broken and wouldn't make ice so the drinks were very warm. I've been here multiple times and this was our worst visit.
Consistently gets orders wrong and always understaffed. Expect a 30 minute wait for an order of 10pc wings
Ordered online multiple times, always takes a lot longer than the period they say. Usually 10-15 mins on top of what they say, if not longer.
I had placed a order in the store for bone in wings. When I came back home all the wings were boneless. When I spoke to the lady when I called to let them know of the situation, she told me to bring the wings back to the store to get the bone in wings cause she had no proof the wings I received were boneless. And I told her that I lived a hour away from Ardmore and she could do anything.
Absolutely the worst wing stop location Iv ever been too. I have gave this location 3 different occasions and every single time they have let me down. Gave us horrible service, cold food, forgets multiple things on the order. Will never go back again. This store needs new management or to shut down.
Unlike other restaurants in Ardmore this one is open when they say they are. Plus food is always banging, friendly staff and easy exit and entrance back to I-35.
Poor management. Both times I have gone to this location, the wings had barely any sauce on them. It tasted like I was just eating plain, oily chicken wings. Easily the worst Wing Stop location I've been to. Won't be returning.
Come on Ardmore! You can’t run a restaurant this way. Missing orders. Missing condiments. Cold fries. Two employees for the whole store. Management failure
Average 3.1 rating for this place is too high. Called in 55 minutes ago to pick up order in 25 minutes, when I arrived there was no ticketfor my order. This practice is unacceptable. This was my first visit and my last. Rating is zero.
