If I could do half a star, I would. For one, y'all are beyond slow. It's like you literally only serve one customer at a time. You don't even take another person's order through the drive through until the previous car is completely gone. That's ridiculous. Then, after waiting in line and pulling up to wait on my food, about a total of thirty minutes, my order is wrong.Whack.
They are terribly short on employees. Lobby was closed because of it. Drive thru didn't move for 20 minutes. Had to leave before we could order. Waste of time and fuel. Keeping Drive thru open works if you can keep up. If not, open the lobby and get drinks and comp chips while customers wait.
If I could give zero stars I would. I frequent this store and the service has continuously gone down, they only care about the people in the drive thru, not the lobby. Food is half ass3d at best. Where's my chips? Half a bag of chip crumbs. A tiny piece of chicken in the burrito. What is going on at this location?
Last night I had a burrito supreme that was so disgusting I couldn't force myself to finish more than a third of it even while hungry.I regret every bite past the first. The last remnants of my optimism have been broken. This experience has permanently changed how I approach food.This place doesn't serve food anymore. It's garbage. Save yourself a step. Eat food instead.
I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 people in front of me and it didn’t move. This location only takes one order at a time before they finally take the next order. As someone who has worked fast food and was a manager myself this is unacceptable. I pulled out of the line and went to the location on holiday drive and had my order taken within a few minutes and in a couple more had my order in hand. If you want Taco Bell don’t go to this one and go to the location on holiday drive. They also have a separate line for online app orders.
Simply the most disgusting and overpriced fast food. I haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell in 5+ years because it has always been low quality,but was running out of time, my son said “let’s try it, and as expected it was a giant regret/mistake. This food experience was horrific. $16 for my son and I and neither one of us ate our food - threw it away. The bean burritos were cold and disgusting, my taco probably had less than 1 1/2ounces of meat (cold) - 1/4 of the taco shell was filled and the “Crunchwrap supreme” was the most pathetic, falsely advertised item imaginable. Virtual no meat, no cheese sauce and tasteless. How do you serve cold fast food that is supposed to be warm or heaven forbid even almost hot? I would be shocked if the food served here is not a food safety concern and would recommend that the health department make a visit.On a lighter note, surprisingly the facility was well lit and appeared clean and well kept and the employee (lady) that took our order was very pleasant … and the Dr Pepper and Baja Blast drinks were just fine.
Got the order wrong, food was cold, tortillas were stale, burritos were wrapped wrong, and packaged sloppy. Would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. I would actually recommend you go to the other one in Ardmore. This one needs to be shut down.
This Taco Bell sucks. Their totilas are stale and they don't heat them up so everything just falls apart. The staff don't understand how to do fill an order.
I enjoy their bean burritos and soft tacos
