We go here thinking is the best one in town. We’ll we found this again in one of our tacos. A rotten piece of lettuce . The staff pays no attention to food hazards and it seems they don’t wash their hands.
Horrible. I ordered through the app ahead of time. Went through the mobile order express lane just to wait almost an hour in line. I get to window and the woman gives me the wrong order and sends me on my way. When I realize and try to stop, the line behind me had already started moving up and wasn't going to back up.
This new Taco Bell location is great. The drive thru service is much nether then the other Ardmore location. And the place isn't nearly as sketchy.

The artwork is striking, everything is clean, staff is friendly and efficient and the food is great for a quick stop on the way to or from OKC.If you find yourself on I-35 in Ardmore, OK, make sure you stop by this Taco Bell. You will thank me.
order from kiosk inside hit pay cash at counter stood at front of counter for 10 mins before i could wave one down with my cash no one said hi acknowledged my presence what so ever , but they had time to discuss car repairs with team leader whole i waited so after 10 mins he walks op and says how much i order and i ask if my order was made and he said no i said ive been here ten minutes fast is why people go to taco bell not so much the quality so if you dont have fast you got nothing
Store is always clean. You have to place your order on a computer but staff can help you if you ask. ? food is always nice and fresh. Pleasant visit.
They substituted steak on my whole order without informing me, had the unfortunate discovery on the first bite.I didn’t get my drink with the classic combo either. Threw away both the taco and burrito cause I hate the steak, wasting 6 bucks is minor but please just do the job right.
Was awesome for the first month. Putting walk in customer orders before mobile orders. Only 2 people for the whole store. Both employees were in no hurry to complete orders
You make your order directly in the tablet and the service is faster than in others taco bell. Is clean by the way
Very little wait in the drive thru. They did forget a taco but when I told them about it, I got the freshest Taco Bell taco I’d ever had… so naturally I pulled in the parking lot to consume it before it wasn’t so fresh anymore. :)
