This is a conveniently located off of I-35 interstate. The parking lot is easy to manage getting in and out of. The drive through appearance was very well kept. Inside the store had nice lounge areas obviously and was very clean and well kept. I was kindly greeted by a barista as I picked up my order I placed on the mobile app. The outdoor area was well kept and has an enjoyable vibe to clear your head after being on the road for hours. Give them a try??
You worst for your business when you have employees who think they can speak to the public ever how they wish. I was always thought to be quiet listen to the customers and respond neutral as ok we will look into that or thank you for the feedback.Today employees think they have the right to confront you and tell you you are wrong. You are stupid. They are superior and untouchable.I am your customer and when I tell your employee that they cannot be heard at the drive through and then drive up to the window to see the head set mike sprung 3 inches away from their face, I am not wrong. On top of that she wants to confront me over the issue. And for the past 3 days the other workers were clear as a bell at the drive through.It is plan pathetic how some employees act and treat customers
I rarely go here anymore, but during a busy week we went quite often for morning coffee. The only person who seemed to be able to make a drink properly was Ray, but there's so many new faces that it's hard to judge if it's just due to people being new or just because that's how it is now. Asked for a drink that I wasn't aware was off the menu and replaced with a drink that sounds the same but tastes massively different, wasn't told anything about the change and received a drink that was mediocre at best.
Was traveling from Oklahoma to Austin,TX and made a pit stop. This Starbucks is very big with lots of places to sit. The staff was extremely friendly and made my wife and I very comfortable. I had a ice coffee and the Bacon and Gryere egg bites and they were delicious. Starbucks continues to have outstanding drinks, food and hospitality. I highly recommend this location.
Although my drink was good and staff friendly the establishment wasn't as clean as expected and there was no private seating. When walking around the bar area I found stools seated near a bar area toward the back wall but was told that seating wasn't open. I had to take my order to go.
I go to this Starbucks every morning before work for the same order. I appreciate the staff. I know the last two years with COVID has been extremely hard especially on the food industry. Yes sometimes they are out of things but I don't feel like that is in their control. That is just the times. I will continue to frequent this store because I have seen first hand how hard the staff works every day even when they are swamped with huge mobile orders and people waiting. Keep up the good work Ardmore Starbucks. We locals appreciate you!
Friendly staff however I asked for ice water & only recieved ice I wouldn't have thought it odd as maybe she didn't hear the water part however she said I thought you had your own water & technically ice is water

Had an unfortunate experience at this Starbucks. I was picking up an online order for myself and some friends. When I arrived, I told them that I had an online order. The lady just pointed over to the edge of the counter and said “it’s over there”. She didn’t make sure the drinks were in a cup holder, didn’t make sure the entire order was there, they just kinda left it to me to figure it out. I didn’t place the order, I was just picking it up. I read the labels and put the drinks together. I don’t mind doing this, but it would be nice if they set it up because they’re the ones who know the entire order. When I got back to deliver the drinks to my friends, the one who ordered said he ordered a croissant sandwich. There was no food on the counter when I picked it up. Just careless customer service, it’s unfortunate. Coffee is still tasty though??
I know the store is short staffed, and they do amazing work on the drinks, it just takes a long time. It would be nice to swing by this Starbucks, but a trip to here requires a time investment.
