Ok so I gave a 5 ⭐ rating because of the customer care! This was an impeccable service she was an older lady and I wanted to tip her at least $20 but had just been blessed by a complete stranger who helped me w/ gas and then gave us a few extra $ to get something to eat. Sonic food is good but this lady made the experience for us at least. I really wish I knew her name so the praise can go to the correct person. If their customer service stays on this level or goes higher this location will surely thrive.
I don’t usually have problems at this location. The folks that work at this location are pretty nice. Tonight I went in to get a kids meal and the girl that took my order was apparently new and it took her quite a while to figure out how to put in an upgraded drink with a kids meal. The credit card machine wasn’t working. And then when they brought me my strawberry limeade it was mostly lime. Couldn’t even drink it. The straw that broke the camels back was when I got home and looked at my tater tots (see pic).
I don't much care for Sonic Drive in any more because everytime I go to the sonic Drive in I don't ever get what I ordered. My food is either not the way I order it or it's not the order put, and most of the time the food is cold. SONIC DRIVE IN IS NO LONGER A PLACE FOR ME TO GO TO.
Great service if yiu go through the actual drive thru, most stalls either don't work or they just don't answer them.
They get your order and get it out quickly. I don't think I have had this sonic mess up my order once.
You need to try the new application on your phone for Sonic if you have a chance. I always get unsweetened iced tea there and it's half the price
Every time I request a simple burger no cheese, there is always cheese & my fries stay stale. That is all. No more visits to this location. Good day.
Sloppy burger thrown together by someone who didn't care just there to get a paycheck. Veggies were not according to sonic coorperate proportion standards. Not even close. Had 7 pickles and maybe 3 or 4 strips of shredded lettuce.. The young girl working drive thru was the rudest person ive ever seen working in a restaurant. Thru my change in my hand and shoved the bag of food in my hand and SLAMMED the window. I waa nothing but friendly. Sonic needs sum work for sure. Dissapointed.

Stopped in to get drinks... the carhop was SO nice!!! I can't remember her name... but she was amazing!!!
