We waited 90 minutes and still don’t have are drinks ordered very poor service

Arrived at 2:45 today waited to be greeted upon walking in. Put our name down for 4, weren't given a wait time. We asked how long and they said they were not seating because the morning servers refused to take anymore tables since shift change was nearing and the night servers would be arriving soon. Hopefully. As a server myself I waited till 3:15 and was yet to be seated or updated.Meanwhile 3 other groups walked in and walked out due the unknown wait time.While we waited a guest asked who the manager was and a lady claimed it was her and proceeded to walk away. The same lady came back saying she was done and she wasn't doing anymore. She was done putting and pulling tables together and apart.It was sad to see and experience. The placed smelled delicious but unfortunately we will not be coming back to find out.

Great food. Steak was just perfect. Our waiter was totally awesome and was quick to help our needs. Love this steakhouse.

Took about an hour from the time we got seated until the time the food came out and it wasnt even busy. the waitress was more worried about her phone than taking our order. Took about 25 minutes to get drinks taken, the nice guy walking around had to tell the waitress to go take our drink order. Food was not cooked to order, medium steak should be pink redish inside not grey with no pink to be found. mashed potatoes tasted and had the texture of something that was cooked the day before, left out over night than reheated in the microwave the following evening. what topped it off was the bad waitress. we order a meal that said it came with salad and we didn't get the salad because she said that was a "side" eventhough it clearly said it came with the meal. I won't stop there ever again..

I had the opportunity to slow down and take a peek at this place while visiting Ardmore. I am not big on steak houses while on the middle of a big project but since my boss was paying, I said “lets do it”Got here just after opening time. It had already a considerable amount of people sitting down for a steak. As always, I have to go see the bathrooms and see whats up! Heheh. Not bad. I could smell something, not dirty but not fresh or pleasant. It seem like it had not received attention this morning. Oh well.Back to the food. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. She got our drinks order and brought us some fluffy rolls. Quickly looked at the menu for steaks! All of my co-workers jumped on one too. I got the 12oz Ribeye with Corn and a Salad. My steak came medium well (sorry steak lovers, I know its not your thing) but thats how I like it.It was good. Thats all I am going to say. Quality was fear for the price. The rest of my coworkers were on the same page with me. Good but not great.Service was good. Food was good. Bathrooms were a 6 out of 10.Prices were fear I guess.Please pay attention to bathrooms cleanliness. One tv screen was out. Maybe a little upgrade to freshen up the experience will make this a 5 star.Thank you for the attention.

Host was very nice, even got my drink and rolls since server was busy. Desirae was an awesome server, very attentive and kind. Club sandwich was incredible, along with the rolls, potato soup and salad. This place deserves better reviews!!!

Not good at all! The customer service is okay, but food isn't very good. My husband said the bathrooms were horrible and the smell turned his stomach!

Great steak burgers and fries!!!

Food was good. Service was good. But then we were overcharged for my husband’s dinner by $5. He was charged an extra $1.99 for sautéed mushrooms and onions plus $2.99 for mushrooms. When my husband pointed out the discrepancy, charge for one or the other but not both, the waitress said that’s how they do it. So we asked to speak of the manager. Another person came to our table to explain there was nothing that she could do because it was already charged on the credit card. According to her, once it was charged, it couldn’t be cancelled, then recharged. I called B.S. on that. She offered us desert for “free”. We didn’t want dessert. She offered a gift card with a credit of $2.99 which we could use on a future visit. We explained that we are from Kansas and won’t be back. We just wanted to be charged either $2.99 for sautéed mushrooms or $1.99 for mushrooms and onions. But not charged twice for the same thing. The “manager,” if that is what she was, said nothing they could do once it was on the charge. So people, the morale of this story is to watch your final check closely. If you get charged $59 for a $25 steak and you don’t catch it right away, tough luck for you. You will pay $59, but may get to go home with a free desert. Sounds like a scam to me. I wonder how often this happens and mysteriously can’t bd corrected.

The Host took our drink order, got it wrong and should’ve been a Big Red flag. Server was terribly rude. Told me pasta salad Wasn’t available, which I found out from the Manager it Was! Once my Husband asked if we could have rolls and she responded “I’ll get you rolls when I’m caught up” That’s it, grabbed a Manager to talk to and let. Ran to El Chico and had a blast with their staff and food was amazing!!!
