Waited 31 minutes in the curbside after the order was supposed to be ready which was due to a "lost" ticket because they were busy. They only had 2 seated tables inside.
Even though our waitress was new she did a great job. As for the food and drinks we were very let down. The pulled pork had a funny smell/taste, the hotlinks were not fit to eat, funny taste as well. The fried okra was undercooked, as well as the fried pickles. As for the drinks ? they were loaded up with so much sour they weren't fit to drink and didn't get drank, when asked to remove them from the ticket they simply replied that they couldn't/wouldn't, they offered a 5 dollar gift card but we refused cause it would be going to waste. We're locals and it will be a very long time before we try to eat there again but will update at such time
We had never been there and were told it was as good or better than another BBQ restaurant. It has a clean neat appearance you are greeted by a host who seats you. I like that I can get a margarita there. I ordered a strawberry margarita was not wild about the salted rim the salt over powered the strawberry. The menu has standard BBQ selections. I had a baked potato with brisket. My husband ordered a 3 meat with chicken, sausage, and hot link. The meat was a little dry but had good flavor. The cost was about the same as other BBQ places with meals being any where from $10 - $20 per person. Will go again.
Even though the food was cool upon delivery its was falling off the bone I kid you not the coolest most tender brisket and ribs I've ever eaten in my life the juice from the ribs was almost at the end of my arm SOOOO AMAZING
Great food. Ribs were fantastic. Will eat here again when we come through. Awesome staff also
UPDATED REVIEW 05.07.22:I contacted the on-duty manager at Rib Crib back in December. He could not provide a return debit, however, he offered the cash to reimburse the fraudulent charge. I am pleased that it was made right.I have revisited, due to the managers prompt care, Rib Crib’s attentiveness online, and my love for their cheese fries. This is what I order every time, and it is undoubtedly the best cheese fries in town. Great job Rib Crib!ORIGINAL REVIEW 12.2021:I was fraudulently charged by this Rib Crib on 12/11/21 where the tipped amount was increased without my saying, doing or knowing for that matter. Be wary of paying with a card, and check your accounts.
We ordered take out on May 4th.3 sliced brisket sandwiches and 3 fries for 39.25.The brisket was cut very thick and sooo tough we could barely cut it with a knife much less chew it!! And so much fat! It was TERRIBLE!!! ALL ENDED UP IN THE TRASH!!VERY DISAPPOINTED! To many other places in town to eat!
We ordered take out sliced brisket sandwiches today from the Ardmore location. Three sandwiches and 3 fries for $39.25! It was the most horrible meat we have ever gotten from there!! It was cut very thick and so tough we could hardly cut it with a knife much less chew it.!! Not to mention the large amount of fat!! All went in the trash!! Too many other bbq places in town ! Will spend our money elsewhere!!
The las two times was so bad the food was cold,service bad,i went last time and they give me the food wrong twice i never gonna eat there again
