Dining room closed due to staffing problems. Not happy as we came from out of town.
This place got horrible … really slooooooooooooow! Waited 30 mins for the food and there’s no other customer!!! Sloooooow sloooow will not come back food got cold waiting on the counter

Always great food, no matter what location. But also a VERY long wait time no matter the location. Even if there are only two cars in front of us, it still takes half an hour to order and get our food. I hope they can hire more employees at their locations so they can try to compete with the quick service of Chick-fil-A.
It is truly pathetic how bad the help is in this restaurant. They just throw whatever the come to in the bag. You would think they know the difference between dark and white meat. How many pieces of each make a whole chicken, but it is obvious they are stupid. There are 5 or 6 people working there all the time and they are still 10 or 15 minutes filling your order. The place needs to close.
Stopped here for dinner and the wait was very long just to get your order in. There was a staff of 4 and 3 left one single employee all to herself to work the drive through as well as the lobby. TERRIBLE management that bullies one single employee.
The experience gets worse every time I visit. They give you chicken that’s cold to the touch and fries that are staler than a bag of chips that’s been open for a year. Not to mention I waited 25 minutes for non fresh chicken. Also can’t forget the dirty pink wig hanging right for customers to see. Will be shut down in a year.
The spicy mayo was good but my sandwhiches and fries were cold.
