The fries were the most gross and under filled fries I have ever gotten in a McDonald's. The 40 nuggets we got half of then were under cooked. But I would drive down the road. Sad because of the qualities of both of those things hurt my feeling. I understand they were extremely busy. I go to McDonald's four time a week. Please look into equipment that can handle that much traffic.
We are driving thru Ardmore Oklahoma on our way home, in Texas. This McDonald’s is HORRIBLE. Unprofessional first, from running a register while holding a baby. But, not even the real problem. I ordered a McDouble and Mcchicken and small fries. My McDouble had what looked like a bite out of one of the patties and the rest looked like it had sat there all day, McChicken was equally gross as the chicken was HARD. Not just mine but entire families food. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
Take a table tent and have a seat. A employee will bring out your order. Too lazy for a tray to wash. Stood at front counter and said table 24. I said yes. Employee left my for to go packaged order and walked to the away from counter. Therefore, I left trash for their employee to walk out to the table and get. Mask mandate is not even required on domestic flights. Therefore let's get out of COVID Mandate bull chit mode. Start providing your customers with they services you stated you was providing at the point of sell. Thanks. I am old school. I don't get mad I get even and teach life lessons while doing.
Nicer, newer McDonald's format. Quick and easy to get to from the highway, perfect for a quick stop and go. Ample parking and easy to get back out onto the highway. Needs to be better staffed, they really struggled to get orders through in a timely manner when we visited.
I ordered a quarter pounder meal and 10 pc meal from door dash. After 30 minutes I received 2 pops and 20 pc nugget, nothing more. So I then had to get out which I was clearly trying to avoid by using door dash. When I got to McDonald’s there was three other people inside that had also received the wrong order as well as people in the drive through having the same problem. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I got my correct order and left. I took a bite out of my hamburger chewed and swallowed and thought this tastes weird and is oddly cold. I looked down to see that I had just ate a raw burger from McDonald’s. Kind employees but something is clearly not going right in there and I will not be going back to that location.
I only use this place to drop my son off at for custody reasons. The food here is not safe for people to consume!!! I watch weekly as staff gos into the bathroom and leave with out washing their hands. From weather I'm in the bathroom watching them not wash or watching them zip up a fly on the way out they are discussing! I have tried to tell the higher ups and got we dont care if we fired everyone for not washing hands we wouldn't stay in business there ! So yeah I have nothing against McDonald's love the food but not this specific one.
Went here tonight I totally understand being busy. However I waited almost a full hour for a double quarter pounder just cheese and ketchup and two mcdoubles no onion extra pickles. I was polite didn’t yell told them my order again they made it fresh for me but gave me a regular quarter pounder dry and only two pickles on my other burgers. They are usually good about being fast and correct when I go but this was not one of those times. Could’ve been better
The manager this morning 2/7/22, was very rude. Although she got my food quickly, I still had to wait 10 min for my OJ while my food was getting cold. I guess one could say she was busy but it was no problem for her to get the guys order and coffee before she got my OJ. Then when I said something are just gave more attitude. MAYBE THEY WERE SHORTHANDED MAYBE BUSY ? BUT NONE OF THAT IS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT. The fact that the guy behind me got his food and drink at the same time is what really was the most disappointing about her service skills , or lack there of.
Horrible service. I'm a patient person but half doing what you get paid to do is not cool. The young ladies were very rude threw my hash brown in the bad with no sleeve. Orange juice was watered down and I was missing my eggs. If you don't like the job QUIT PLEASE. THANKS!!!
First time I’ve been unsatisfied from McDonald’s. Both of our French fry containers were half full of old and soft fries. My Big Mac looked and tasted like it had sat under the warmer for a while. We went through just before 5pm.
