Staff was extremely friendly. Mngr Emily was super nice when I brought up my issue. The ISSUE I've gotten the B.L.T+A 3X now always extra bacon. First one was phenomenal,2nd was eehh but this time was awful! It has 2 strips of bacon on the sandwich I forgot to add extra bacon when I asked and apologized for my error they gave me bacon bits. Since the 3 rd sandwich is partly my fault I will give one more chance. Come on McAlister's do better with your food! Especially if your going to charge 10$ (9.69) for a BLT
While not always perfect, they have gotten much better about service and quality. This is one of my favorite places in Ardmore especially for being Gluten Free. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to that. Plus we love the prices for a quick easy healthy bite to eat.

Stopped in for lunch. Ordered the French dip. Looked great. Tasted ok. Great customer service. Will be back again but will try something else.
I love their selection and that they have gluten-free and vegan options. The food is fresh and tastes like homemade, not like your usual fast food fare.
Excellent sandwiches! We stopped for a bite and ordered their spuds only to learn they were out. My husband had broccoli cheddar soup and was quite pleased. I ordered a bowl of potato soup. The serving was small and was disappointed with my meal. I will continue as a customer, but I will stay clear of the soup.
Last time I picked up a southwest chicken salad at this location (2-20-2022) the salad was packed in one of their small sandwich boxes. Price was the same as the other times I have ordered this salad but this time it was in a box half the size it was previously. Needless to say this size salad was not large enough to be considered a complete meal. Half the size but cost as much. My complaints were just ignored. Last time I will be eating here.
The food and service was good. My order was incorrect which was disappointing...I asked for mustard and no dressing on my Reuben...well that did not happen. Also, very little sauerkraut was on the sandwich.
If I call ahead, order to go or dine in. The food is always ready within 10 minutes of ordering. The staff is always kind.
