Only getting 1 star, just for the fact that they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!! I ordered a pick up order through the app for 5:45 ("order" was ready, that's not the issue) I live in Wilson, so about 30 minutes or so, from Ardmore. Well, Shortly after getting my pizza home, I see that I got 1 wrong pizza (thin crust sausage, I ordered thin crust pepperoni) and on the 3 meat, there was a 2 inch long or so piece of cardboard stuck in the top of it........ the 3rd pizza was okay, (regular half pep & half cheese) and the 2 orders of crazy bread were okay too........... I wasted almost 40 dollars,(my last 40) and I didn't even get to eat. My kids did though, so I guess that's all that matters.............. Just be sure to check your pizzas when you get them, immediately....... :-/
I have literally stopped her three times in the past week and they never have a hot and ready and available. Every time it is the same story we just put them in and they will be up in 10 minutes. It is a shame because I normally order here three times a week however I believe they need new management before I bring my business here any longer.
I like the bestest pepperoni pizza and their online option. You just go put in your code and pick it up.
Hit and miss more miss than hit. Spent $40 yesterday just to get a bunch of uncooked pizzas delivered. The messages from Doordash said they were busy and waiting on 2 but they just shoved them through the oven to brown the cheese a little. The whole center of both deep dishes were raw dough. They are the last resort at best.
4th time in over the last two weeks and no hot n ready pizzas were available. One employee up front trying to help numerous customers while others standing inside the door to the kitchen playing. One young lady did not have her hair pulled back but was taking pizzas out of the oven to box them.

I went to the ardmore location on, Wednesday, December 22, 2021. I will never ever return. First off, no one greated any customers and no communication with customers. Second off, I go into place my order at 6:03pm and get told it would be about 10 minutes for my order. Okay, no big deal, I went outside and waited. When I returned in, they acted like they had no clue what was going on. There were several people after me that had ordered pizza and got their food before I did. By this time, I'm fed up already. A lady sitting next to me had been waiting almost 40 minutes. They did not take my name for my order or anything. Then the lady in front of me finally got her food so I was like okay I'll be getting mine food. Nope I was wrong. A couple more people entered, ordered and left with food. Mean while I am just sitting and waiting. No one asked me what I had ordered or anything. Finally got fed up with it all and asked for my money back. The "manager" got an attitude with me and said, "oh my God, your order has been ready this whole time " I had asked him, why no one asked me. He ignored. So I demanded to have my money back. I told the "manager" that if he truly was the "manager" that this was the worst experience I have ever had. He was rubbing his hands together saying, "I'm sure it was." Absolutely no respect at all! I'm furious! The "manager" that was on duty, was a male, tall, curly blonde hair with a short beard. He looked like he was high on something. As a manager myself in the restaurant industry, I would never ever speak to my customers the way that guy did tonight not only to me, but several people. I am very disappointed and I will never ever return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was next in line waiting for the cashier to come back to take our order after he walked off taking the two in front of us. No big deal. Someone else comes in after us, while we were still standing in line, we've been there For 5 minutes mind you. Cashier comes back and then ignores us and takes her order instead. Teach your staff some proper customer service and make get someone who actually. I don't come here often but more times then not is my experience poor.
Pizza portal code didn't work. Had to park illegally because its always full with only a few spaces. Then I got home to find my Supreme pizza was really a pepperoni pizza with a few veggies sprinkled in the middle. Very disappointed.
Can’t even get anyone to ever answer the phone. Doesn’t even deserve one star.
