Kirsten served me and was awesome,, very clean great price friendly atmosphere I would come here again and again and again
The food was good, but no napkins, plastic ware or HONEY AND BUTTER!!! I’ve learned to ask if I want it, since the biscuits don’t come with condiments anymore, and they still didn’t give us any. So disappointed, KFC is one of my favorite places to eat. Sincerely, disappointed.
The food was good but the staff was rude and talked back. They got my order wrong. Will go back. Kids should not be managers if they are not mature
My dinner was hot and fresh! Truly, worth the wait. Which wasn't long at all.
Chicken tenders were ok but they tended to be a bit over cooked. I'm guessing because the tenders were cut so thin.
Food was fine. Dine in was open, Thank You!! It did take a little bit of time to order, but not bad at all. The new girl was eager to work and serve customers. But the organization was a disaster. Which I’m sure is why there are so many complaints. Perhaps it never got reorganized after a staffing shortfall during COVID. Not sure about the reason, but managers should lead and it would be much better.My only real complaint from a customer standpoint is the Dr. Pepper was out or not working. I told them and they said they would get right on it. I waited and waited while I watched employees running around with their heads chopped off. So I gave up and grabbed some Mountain Dew. Sat down and ate my meal. Tried the Dr. Pepper again and is still didn’t work. Almost done with my meal, the new girl asked me if everything was still good. I told her yes except the Dr. Pepper was never looked at. She tried to get her manager/trainee’s attention, but she was too busy with some personal transaction involving a car key to attend to anything work related.
Why does a placsee of business have a phone if they're never going to answer it? I've called multiple times this morning about and inquiry I have and all 6 times no one has answered. They even picked up the phone a couple times and then hung it up. Absolutely not acceptable for a place of business.
So , I love KFC but this one has issues the last 2-3 time's we been drive through, they can not seem to get our order right seriously how hard is it to count to 12 , we always get the 12 piece and wind up getting 8-9, and the sides have been not correct... I mean seriously ???
Food was good, but both restrooms were disgusting. The sign says they come in & clean/check them every 30 min...I don't think so, unless they had a bus load of people just leave. The staff was nice tho & the eating area was clean - must be the longest 30 min ever to check on those bathrooms tho.
I really like KFC and this restraunt was good and fast service
