Easily the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The waitress was incredibly rude. My daughter’s hot chocolate took 15 minutes to bring out and it was cold. They didn’t have a lot of the menu options which was highly frustrating. Half of our food came out after 30 minutes. It was cold, nasty, and undercooked. The blueberry muffin bites were inedible. We ended up canceling the other half of our food and we left to get snacks from the gas station.
I am a truck driver and I took my wife to your store because I have always received good service and food. This time I bring my wife and I am very disappointed. There was one worker who had his pants down to his knees and pulled them up in front of the restaurant. The cook and server were cussing and carrying-on. I was given my meal and had no silverware. I ate most of my meal with my toast until I received my silverware. It took over a half hour to receive our meal which was breakfast and a burger. There was only 3 guest at the time. I will not be back to this location.
Good food and great waitress!Down side, I ordered sweet potato fries and got reg fries. When I said something to waitress, she went n ckd w kitchen...no sweet potato fries, I told her it sure would have been nice if she'd told me. She did offer to bring me a different side.Also, when I got the check, I was chgd 2.09 for the bacon (on huddle burger) when it said 1.39 on menu. She fixed my check, she was a great waitress.

Wanted to like this place. The guy who took my order was pleasant and professional, even though it was his first day. He appeared to be the only one working. Then the others magically appeared. One waitress dominated the environment with a sour personality, taking people's drink orders from across the restaurant by pointing at them and shouting, then complaining when she couldn't hear their reply. Top that off with a hair in my food and I won't be going back. This is a prime example of how one bad employee can ruin a restaurant.
Staff seemed overworked, but friendly. Service was great though whomever supplies the establishment frequently lets supplies run out leaving employees to handle the backlash and customer dissatisfaction. Corporate doesn't reasons to complaints. Could definitely use improvement from higher ups leaving their employees with no way to meet the wants of guests for food orders. It's obvious the owner of this chain is a terrible businessman who cares nothing for his employees or credibility as a provider of food service to the drivers that pass through.

Do not eat here!!! One star is too many. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet, my husband ordered the southwest breakfast bowl. It took 40 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones in there. The cook was eating while we were waiting for our food. When the waitress came back she apologized for the wait and said she didn’t know what he (the cook) was doing back there. The omelet was awful…overcooked and looked like a flat egg pancake and tasted the same. The breakfast bowl was over cooked and tasted like charcoal. This is the worst meal we have ever eaten.
Wow. It took thirty minutes to get my hit tea and another 15 to get my sugar and milk, which they gave me an entire glass of milk?!?!?! About an hour in my food finally reaches my table. I ordered the double mushroom and swiss. And a bowl of chili. The photo is what I ordered vs what I got. My burger was missing three ingredients the onion rings the caramelized onions and the garlic mayo sauce. The fries were great though. Also once my burger hit the table they finally let me know they don't have chili. This was the worst restraunt experience I've had from start to finish. I've been a server before and I know how difficult it is to deal with a packed restraunt. Which is why I'm surprised the management only had a single server on during dinner rush?!?!?!?!
