First visit to a Freddy's was a stop at the Ardmore location drive thru enroute to the Oklahoma City area. Ordered for two including regular shakes for each order. My shake was literally the smallest milkshake I've ever seen but obviously I didn't know better. It came out the window after the food order and payment by several minutes. The second milkshake was a minute or two later. We left and resumed travel. It wasn't until my wife passed her empty milkshake cup to me to put in the trash that I realized her cup was twice the size of mine and what I would consider a "normal" sized milkshake. I can only guess that some kid was pleasantly surprised at the size of their milkshake....Burgers and fries were excellent but I needed a bottle of water to finish my meal as the milkshake was long gone before the food was consumed.
We have stopped at every fast food on this strip along interstate 35. First then quality of education around this area has to be mediocre at best. Every FF place has staff that act like standing is a job function. They don’t know their own prices, can’t think on the fly, poor body language and all the stuff your not supposed to such as hair face or phones while working with food.At Freddy’s the new GM was helpful but it was obvious he was working with teens that just don’t care!! Yep employees were on 2 long of a break playing video games on their phones. There is not one job at any of these FF places that a good worker would be fully trained looking good thinking smart in 3 weeks tops at a 24 hour work week. Thank again to the new GM at Freddy’s. Lord help him
The food was ok. Some of employees were nice there was one girl that was rude when my daughter had to go back and get her chicken that they forgot to put in the bag the food is expensive there so I think it might be awhile before we go back
Since we moved to a new area, there are rarely any opportunities to visit a Freddie's. Definitely missed it. They nailed the fries and the burgers were great. The team member in the drive-thru was pleasant. Can't ask for more!
This place is as dirty as the bottom of my shoes come. Everyone is on their phones with gloves on. One kid uniform has a hole on the front of his shirt and in the back of his shorts. Dont forget the roaches coming from the custard machine. Health inspector needs to shut this place down.
Came in for 2 burgers and fries, waited 20 min in line, to then be told they have no lettuce, ketchup, or chicken at all, all the napkin dispensers were empty and there was no soap in the bathroom, watched 4 groups of people come in look at how long the line was and how dirty the restaurant was and then walk back out. Needs more staff to handle a lunch rush
I love their food! Ice cream is amazing. But service hasn't been tip top here lately and seem to always be out of chili or cheese... thos time they were out of Hotdogs guess it could be due to everything going one in the world. Will definitely go back and hopes to get one of those chili dogs again.
Came through at 5:25 pm today. Order #323. Ordered a large vanilla shake and a large concrete with caramel, cookie dough and snickers. The guy at the window had to ask me what I ordered to even figure out my order. Then proceeded to give me one large vanilla shake and one small vanilla shake. I tried calling the store 15+ times, but it just rings repeatedly and then hangs up. Poor customer service and then you don’t leave anyway for customers to get ahold of you. I’d like my money back for the concrete and the add ins. Thanks!
Absolutely amazing service with amazing food! And to see the General Manager there actually working right along with his crew was a nice feeling! He gave us extordinary service with a smile!
Went there just a bit ago to try it out. Never been. So I ordered a lettuce wrapped double California a shake and a kids meal. The employee taking my order seemed like she was aggravated just by taking my order. Get back to my hotel and they messed my order up. How hard is it to get a simple order right? No lettuce wrap but instead a regular burger. Kinda disappointed. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
