The food is good but not exceptional. The wait staff, well let’s say 3 or good to exceptional and the rest are terrible. Your mandatory rotation of the next servers table is the problem. If the customer wants a certain wait staff person they should get that person. Then the low performance ones will pickup their pace. As it is they have no incentive to improve. Lastly bartender’s job is the bar not waiting tables for the tips. Floor wait staff tip up to the bartender at end of shift.
Ordered 3 items that were listed online. When I ordered they said the menu wasn't updated and the meal would cost 2 dollars extra. I asked how to get an updated menu then the reply was we can cook the meal and make sure not to add the 2 dollar charge. I finished my order. When I went inside the people in front just stared at me until I spoke first. I paid the ticket and asked if they had everything and was assured it was there. When I was about 10 miles away I noticed 1 of the 3 items wasn't there and I paid the 2 dollar extra fee. I went back to pick it up, they apologized and gave me the item. I wouldn't have cared but it cost 9 dollars. The food was decent. I wouldn't have cared if it wasn't for a bunch of little things.
Came here with my family and was served by a lady named Michelle (short blond girl). I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The server was very rude and even snapped at my wife. I went to go find a manager to tell them about the poor service and when I walked around the corner with my child our server was talking about how much she likes giving h e a d. I just couldn't believe it. We are a Christian family and this type of talk should not be in a place of business. There was many other nasty things said but because my kid was present we paid and left immediately. We will absolutely never eat here again. Stay away from this place, not family friendly. Just a bunch of party kids.
Food was excellent. Jalapeño relish good. Fajitas best in Oklahoma. Really enjoyed the cheese and beef enchiladas. Servers very efficient and friendly.

Food was JUST "OK" the places floors was filthy and they couldn't find our waiter. In reality he was chatting it up with his buddies one booth over that he was waiting on. Even heard him say I'll be right back gotta see if they know what they want. When n fact we had not even been greeted with a hi yet. Pace was not even busy either at 8:15pm. I live local and this is very typical... Sadly it use to be nice but not for a long while now. Food tasted good just the rest was disappointing.
Food was very good. Waitress was efficient, attentive and very pleasant. Food was prepared and served quickly and hot. Chips and salsa were brought whenever you were low. Drink glasses were never empty. This is one chain restaurant that I would recommend.
Our waitress was great they were finishing off with a large party of girls who were painting on palettes and they cleaned up the room and seated 16 of us family and friends and they were pleasant and kind and welcoming. Thank you to Whoever she was. Sunday evening December 5th at 7:30pm. (When we finally got seated.) I think our group tipped her well. She was great!!
Best verde sauce I’ve ever tasted. The salsa with the chips was delicious as well, a lot of flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Thanks for the delicious food and excellent service!
