Frustrating to pay $16 for cold french fries cold chicken and a melted soupy blizzard.Didn’t make it home without it spilling everywhere. I understand getting busy but it wasn’t that bad and a blizzard for real shouldn’t be melted and usaully you have to flip it to show it doesn’t come out of the cup and if it does you get it free??♀️
Went in to buy two large fries and a dipped cone in a cup with whip, waited 30+ minutes being the only ones inside after the people that came in after us were served. We finally got given large fries that had been sitting under the heat light likely for the time since the the manager said "I'm going to walk out" before disappearing for the rest of our visit, we just asked for a refund after tasting them and was told the worker couldn't find/ get ahold of their manager. The manager was rude to my partner while ordering, rang up the dip cone as a medium Sunday that was 50 cents more than the large dip cones, then on top of everything we ened up walking out with my cone and two over salted regular size fries. The employees were handling the situation great, the manager there the night of Saturday July 16th extremely unprofessional to not only her customers but her staff and is upsetting to both see and experience.
I've never had a bad experience and that made me want to join the team at Dairy Queen and I am now a employee of DQ I love the business and everyone is very nice! And I would give it a infinite rate if I could I will always consider this place a second home ♥️
The last three times we have gotten ice cream, the ice cream has been sour. Tonight we got 2 blizzards and a milkshake. The blizzards were okay, but the milkshake was was sour and tasted terrible. The two times before that it was blizzards that tasted similar to the milkshake. Unsure if it is the ice cream or whatever they put in the shakes, either way, it’s a gamble when you order ice cream.
Good food and pleasant staff. Operation of the drive through is pathetic. Why do I have to wait in line for a coke while the car in front of me is waiting on 4 hamburgers or chicken strips. Tell them to pull forward and take the food out to their car so we can get our coke and go.
Worst DQ experience of my life by far. Waited 30+ mins for a blizzard. Wasn’t busy at all. Teenage girls working clearly thought it was funny.Edit: waited 40 mins and never got my order. Never was acknowledged when standing at the counter for 10 mins to get a refund. Not gonna cause a scene over $5.
Always a great place to eat or even just get a treat. Staff is always super friendly and great you as you walk in. Foods always hot and fresh! Ice Cream always sweet and cold! Would definitely come back time and and again.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a DQ. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 Blizzards. Several other customers waited similar times for ice cream. More than one demanded a refund when they had to leave without their food or ice cream. The young man who appeared to be in charge was obviously not qualified or motivated. Definitely need to change some things if they want to keep customers!
I feel these prices are too high for what you get, but maybe that's just everywhere these days. Our fries could have been filled up much more. I feel like we barely got any with our order. I'm glad I checked our bag as well because they forgot the ranch and our sodas were flat, but thankfully they gave us different drinks after I mentioned it.
The gentleman who greeted us as we came in the doorway had such a kind and uplifting spirit. His fun personality covered anything that could have negative. Was clean facilities.
