Worst experience ever! Walked in barely anyone in the restaurant was told 25 min wait. Waited over 35 min when finally seated waitress was so caught up in conversation with people behind us about dogs took her 12 min to even come get drink/food order waited 28 min for food then additional 13 min for drinks. Food was over cooked and was never informed out of certain ingredients, chicken tasted like it just came out of bag of frozen chicken no seasoning and rice was well over cooked. The floors were sticky and had a wet dog smell in the restaurant. Will never return to this particular location

The food tasted pretty good although overal experience was lackluster. The steak and salmon both had great flavor and the veggies were good although the broccoli was cold. I would eat at Chilis again in a pinch but like the other reviewers say there’s just not enough servers and help. The environment is sad. I watched a whole group of people leave because they hadn’t been served. Felt bad for our server who had no help at all. There are two people greeting at the entrance yet maybe 1 cook and a few servers - the host /hostesses could probably help out somewhere else like checking on tables or cleaning the bathrooms which were very dirty. If you are going to a Chilis, I could recommend the guiltless grill options.

Talk about inconsistent. My experience has been up and down with this Chili's. In one instance, had one of the best servers I have ever had. In the other, we waited ten minutes and no server in the vicinity. Not even a drink of water was served. Love the "Chili's experience," but this one has left a sour taste in our mouths. I can expect that type of scenario on a Friday night, but at 3:15 on a Friday afternoon. Even with just enough patrons to count on one hand, no excuse for not approaching our table. Come on Chili's..........work with me here.

The service was the worst service I have ever had. The server came to the table 3 times one was to take the order, and then bring the entree, and then to bring our ticket. The lady running the food was there more than our server and even refilled our drinks. The food was not very appealing either. The salad was more core than leaf, the chicken was frozen on the salad. The fajitas were so burnt you couldn’t eat them, the bacon burger was so greasy, and the chicken fried steak tasted spoiled. Couldn’t get the server there to let her know… will never go back

I haven't been to a chili's in a few years because service always sucks. So hubby and I decided to try it again since it had been a few years, and I'm sorry to say that nothing had changed. Our waitress took forever to bring us drinks with no straws or silverware, we had to ask for this after our food came out after a hour of waiting. Then when we were ready to check out our waitress was too busy talking and taking shots with some guys at the bar. We got lucky when what I think was the manager came out and asked us how we were, I told him we wanted to check out and leave and was kind enough to help. As soon as he left our table our waitress finally appeared, wide eyed asking if we needed anything, no we're good now thanks ? sadly we will not be going back.

I got there maybe 10mins early. Waited till it was time to pick my food up, and I went inside. I didn't see my food on the shelf, so I asked the worker how long it was going to be. She replied, "let me see if it's in the back." She comes back out, and says "it will be maybe 25-30mins for the crispers to be done." The thing is, they never even started my order. I heard one of the cooks freaking out in the back.I leave to go waste some time. I come back 15mins later, and the curbside person comes out with our food. The kids meal (son's) and chicken crispers (my meal) were soggy. The French fries were cold, soggy, and flavorless. The skillet cookie was hard as a rock, and the ice-cream was melted. Overall, I have to say that this Chili's restaurant has to be the worst one by far that I've gone too. Never coming back to this one.

Food was mediocre to maybe a meh...Waiter was "friendly", but spacey and seemed to be preoccupied and not focused at the task at hand (taking care of his customers)Had to ask or remind him more than one should, to get us the things that a customer would need or asked for, such as: our drinks, table condiments, eating utensils, and refills.By the way, visited on a week night, and was not at all busy. We arrived at around 5:45pm. Capacity was at about 45%-50% full.

It has been 12ish years since I've been in a Chili's. I usually eat local, but the place we were going to originally was closed. We ended up here. It was nice. No wait. The food was tasty. The service delightful. My 3 kids loved it. It's Chili's, very consistent Chili's. I just wish they had a dark beer choice. That was the only thing I missed.

Terrible service, no hustling going on, servers seem like they're depressed to be there, no enthusiasm. We waited for 10 minutes after being seated for someone to even take a drink order and they didn't. They never even acknowledged us so we left. Needs new management or someone to get this place up to par. Would never come back here.

Well Carrie out did herself with a unique suggestion for lunch. It was very good and I appreciate her and her teammates providing a very pleasant atmosphere. Along with a great lunch and cold drinks!!
