Good chicken, good staff, fast service.
This Chick-Fil-A is awesome. It’s one of the cleanest, if not THE cleanest fast food restaurant in Ardmore. It’s currently being remodeled. My orders are almost always right and if for any reason it’s not, they don’t ask any questions and just make it right. Great place to eat.
They've cut back on the amount of egg slices in my cobb salad. Maybe because of the bird flu. Already paying about $10 for a salad and I look forward to all the different ingredients. Salads continue to be a RIP off. Hopefully once the bird flu is clear I can get the correct amount of egg again
I usually love this place. I don't know if everyone here was in training or what. They weren't overly crowded, and a few guys were on break, but normally, ordering a drink and receiving it is quick. Nope! Not here, not today! I decided I wanted tea instead of water, after eating. So, my husband waited in line again, ordered 1 tea, and asked for his to be refilled. Then, he had to stand off to the side, nearly 10 min, waiting for my tea! It was ridiculous! My fruit & yogurt parfait was a pain to order b/c I have a gluten allergy and only wanted fruit & yogurt. I did NOT want granola or cookie, but that seemed to be a foreign concept for some reason. Then, upon receiving it, there were about 4 small pieces of fruit on top of the yogurt. Our large order of fries looked like someone had eaten 1/2 the order before bagging them, too. They tasted good, which I never doubted they would, but we felt cheated for what we paid for. I was quite disappointed in this particular Chick-fil-A. ? We were house shopping. So, if this becomes our "home town" Chick-fil-A, I sure hope they step up their game!
There was an angry customer. But that did not bother me. I did like how the manager handle it. But if that angry read’s this. Dude stop going to Chick-fil-A. Go some where els. To the manager that reads this. I like how you handle it.
Zero wait time in the drive thru. Staff was… as always… overly friendly which is SO refreshing! LOVE THE POSITIVITY!! We frequent this place :)
The best fast food experience I've ever had. This was my first time ever visitng a chicken fil a. I'm so happy I came!!!I thought I was in a commercial the service was so good. Nickolas was AMAZING!!! I left smiling so hard. The food and people were amazing. I will definitely be back.
I love Chic fil a and this is an especially nice one. I also appreciated the way that even tho i was going inside to order to go there was almost no wait time. Impressive efficiency and good food
This was a quick stop in for lunch during what seemed like a very busy time. It was about 1pm and the line wrapped around the building. This was not an issue as we ordered our meals ahead of time. What was a bit of a challenge was pulling into the parking lot to park and go inside to grab our food. The spaces were mostly full and people parked pretty much everywhere or were in line in the drive thru. I honestly do not know what the fix would be as even walking through the parking lot was a bit treacherous .
Chick-fil-A is so efficient and so consistently awesome!
