Service was exceptional-fast and friendly, food was good, freshly made, and still hot when I got home. I was there early on a Sunday evening, and there were only 2 people working, so please take your patience.

My husband and I dined in the first time we ate here . It was really good.But the second visit was a different front counter person. She was obnoxious in a nasty way.. she burped really loud while behind the counter and then while we were eating our food she came out to dining area and was wiping tables and just 2 tables from us she was hacking up and clearing her throat. . We were trying to eat but after that I lost my appetite.. and not to mention the food was not hot.. almost cold. And this woman looked dirty in appearance. This place needs some work done on the employees!
I guess Carls Jr in Ardmore OK has a lot of options for employees. I arrived there to pick up an order, a young kid gave me 2 cup holder, that helps me control the drink and if he wouldn’t have I would have asked. The old man I. The front I’m guess the supervisor started telling that kid what to do and then told him better yet take your “ profanity “ home. If I worked there in this environment I would have walked out. That guy needs some training and basic common respect for others. I will never go back to the place due to it and even if I lose a lil money from picking up at that location so be it. I won’t support elderly bad behavior.
The food is still great.
I love Carl's Jr.'s Loaded Omelet Biscuits. The biscuits are light and flaky. The Omelet is as described, its loaded. There is fluffy eggs, cheese, sausage and bacon, sooo delicious!
My first time here...excellent food & courteous service. Quick food delicious chicken & fries were crispy..fantastic monster burger
I had a Big Carl today. Really good double cheeseburger. Fries were too salty. My Sprite was great. Nice folks. They sent coupons in the mail so I'll be back soon for more good food.
No one seems to know what they're doing. Waiting more than 20 minutes for 2 meals and it's not busy here.
