Our Family just stopped by at this Burger King location. We decided to eat outside since we had a puppy with us. As we were eating a worker with gloves on heads outside grabs his vehicle, phone, door and unsanitary places including the face (nose). I waited off and realized he would go inside and outside with the same gloves on. We went up asking for a refund for the meal we possibly could not eat after what we had witnessed. They mentioned no manager was available to provide us with a refund or anything in return. Leaving us empty handed. We hate leaving food to waste. But after what we saw, we simply could not enjoy our meal. The person we had spoken with told us he was on the clock and working in the kitchen. We are beyond disappointed! I just came to eat here this morning with my husband right now at 10:37 am. I'm still here actually. Everything was going fine until after they took my order and we had already received our food and was eating when we watched most of the crew, about 3 people including the 1 in dt, went outside right in front of the door, and all lit up smoke with a cigarette. They kept smoking until they got an order, then when a customer came to lobby the dt guy opened the door to come him and cloud of smoke followed behind, plus he did not wash his hands, proceeded to take order and collect money and put together order all with out washing his hands. It was disgusting to watch my husband was grossed out and he is also sensitive to smoke. He has asthma so he senses it everywhere. We wonder if they served us our food the same! With that in our minds we will never go back here:(
Got food and went home for my onion rings to not be in the bag. I have had a couple of times that it has had mayo on the burger even with the person saying no mayo and not getting my onion rings.
Had to go thru 3 people to get a simple question answered, then they messed up my order, this is happening at more and more places!!
This was hands down the worse BK I have ever eaten at. Burger was dry and cold, as were the fries.
They were extremely shorthanded the fries and the coca cola was good the whopper Jr was awful
The food was good but the order was for 3 people and we only got two napkins.
We ordered a plain cheeseburger, so it was quite a wait. Otherwise the food was fine and convenient to 35. The other sandwich was very heavily sauced. Drove through.
We loved this burger King, the food was fresh, hot and perfectly salted! And the customer service was great also! Thank you!
