Horrible experience! We were traveling from Kansas City and really wanted to try Braums so we stopped here along the way. Wish we hadn’t! 45 min line to order, then our burgers came out wrong not once but twice! So after an hour of waiting to eat, I took 2 bites and didn’t even want it. Blah.
The coffee here was garbage. It was so light that decaf would have tasted as bold. The food was below average especially the pancakes/hotcakes. Much different experience from what I had last time in another Braums in OK during our previous road trip.
The restaurant was clean, which MEANS A LOT!I got the #6 Combo with bacon.My burger was expertly assembled. It was perfect in every way, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this place!
So stopped in Braum's this morning to get a sausage biscuit, large fries and a coke. Reply from person on speaker we do not have fries. Thought it was a little strange so when I get to the window I as the individual inside, you guys do not have fries. The surly reply was no we would need to place our fryers at another temp. I said nothing and drove away with my order.First I did not know so the surly tone was not necessary. Second you can bet your a$$ if I was managing that store you could get whatever you wanted when ever we were open. It is all about customer service.
I wish their fresh produce section had more selection. Currently, it’s hard to agree as one-stop grocery stop. However, I am really looking forward to trying out their new ice-cream flavors.
They have really good food. Hamburgers are deliciousBest ice cream in this area.Love that you can shop in their fresh market store . With great produce.Has lots milk products plus many other things. Price is lower & higher quality products that any other grocery store around.
Went through the drive through. Ordered a #2 with no salt on the fries. I paid and the manager at the window asked me to pull forward as the no salt fries would take 3 minutes. I waited 10 minutes without receiving my food. I then went in and had time wait another 10 minutes until I finally received my order. I go to Braum's often, and by far this was the slowest experience I have had. ??
Aaaargh! Cold fries. Disappointing experience as my cold and wilted fries ruined my palate. Double cheeseburger ruined as I drank my strawberry and chocolate shake and closed the bag...do yourself a favor and check your bag before you leave the window.
Braums was recommended to me by some former Oklahoma natives. It surpassed my expectations. We had aloha burgers...they happened to be missing the pineapple but we are typically not one to raise a fuss and they were delicious without. My husband had a single dip mint chocolate chip cone which he loved. I had the chocolate soft serve frozen yogurt on a cone...it was excellent. I believe my friend recommended the pecan cherries and chocolate icecream. They offer you taste test samples of ice cr am flavors to help you decide...but AI am just a soft serve kinda girl. I was very intrigued about the market that was located inside for grocery essentials and we learned all about A2 protein milk.
What a great surprise!! The hamburgers were very good but we could swap a soda for a shake!! The shakes and ice cream were delicious. If you haven't tried a Braum's, DO!! We had never heard or tried them before but it was next door to our hotel.
