I buy groceries only. The employees are always so very friendly. I'm not a fan of their fast food. However, the whole place is a delight. I have to say their food which includes pork if you eat thay is always fresh. Their beef is very good. They don't have any other meats like lamb, fish, etc. I wish they did. Yes, it can be pricey however they have their own farms so it's fresh from the farm ?. I love it.
The store portion was clean and organized, which is why it gets 2 stars instead of one.The restaurant portion was extremely dirty ?. There were paper towels and cups on the floor behind the counter and in the cooking area. The ice cream section was a disaster with spills covering the counters especially near the shake machines. I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad, the lettuce was brown and dry like it had been cut days ago. So disappointing. We are from south of Houston and look forward to Braum's when we come camping here if this had been our first experience we would not return.
Wife had chicken strip dinner. Strips were tough and dry. Best milk anywhere.
We got two bags of burgers and 2 half gallon ice creams and it took 23 minutes .ice cream was melted .burgers were dry and nasty.. we won't be back unless they make it right

Braum's is one of my favorite places to get burgers and of course ice cream! I gave a 3 star ? for my experience Sunday was not as great as usual; I dined in and my grandmother and I sat for over 20 minutes and then noticed that when an order had and was given to another customer that it was our order! We then had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive our order, as well had to wait for our drinks, (we ordered malts), But I will say the employee did apologize to us about giving our order away to someone else and the food was still tasty! I didn't like my experience Sunday but I will return there again!
We love Braums. Unfortunate, there isn't any in Minnesota. Only when we drive back to Minnesota from Texas can we enjoy the food and ice cream products ?Ya just can't beat the jalapeños burgers, my personal favorite.Downside. We were not given our whole order. We had to ask for it.We then stopped later for an ice cream treat.
I used to work here when I was a kid. The staff take sanitizing and sterilization procedures extremely seriously. Employees are motivated. Food is from locally owned farms.
Quick good service, but the dirtiest I have seen any Braums I have ever been in.
