Will not be coming back! Pasta tasted like water, steak tasted like it was freezerburnt
WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS. Around 15 minutes before I ever saw the hostess, then she sat 2 of the tables that were ahead of us over a period of time. A family stood up and mentioned that they were there before those 2 previous tables and the older lady who was the hostess proceeded to argue with them as they were on the way out the door. She has yet to take names or any info from the people that keep arriving including my family. Finally got seated and our waitress walks by saying that it will be a while she just got double sat. A short time later she takes our drink and app order. Followed by a wait while she disappears, finally comes to take our order and we add salads to my wife and my meals. Drinks and appetizers came out at a decent time, so I thought things were going to clear up... I was wrong. During the hour+ wait for our food I had to get up and walk to the bar to ask the bartender for refills of my family's sodas. The waitress then walks up and asks us if she has given us our check. I informed her that we haven't even gotten our food. She walks off and a different waitress finally brings us our food. At that point I asked her to remove the salads from our order because we had never received them the whole time, sad because my wife usually loves their salads.. My chicken was almost too crisp to eat but my family's food came out right. By this time I just wanted to feed my wife and children and get to leave. The waitress never refilled any of our drinks or even checked on us. Finally bringing us our check I paid with my card. She returned and asked me to sign it while hovering over my table. Very impolite and felt pressured on tipping. I usually tip well but not this time. Worst meal out with my family ever.
I hope they get more help. And note if coustomers want bbq sauce it dose not matter if it coast 55 cents. So I sent guy to microwave my stuff. By time I finished I noticed a black curly hair on my plate. Since they were short handed I didn't want to give the waiter a hard time. But yea won't eat there next time. I hope they get it together. And there dress decor for there waiters.
Great service! The long haired fellow waited on us. His jokes about Texas was lame but the short conversation, food and quick service was amazing. Amazing ?
OK,I read all the most recent reviews..wanted to try it anyway..it was great!! Great food great serviceIt seems that one employee was the problemAnyway the bacon whiskey burger was huge,Cooked perfectly onion soup not 5 star but excellentLoved it will return!!Returned a week later,had a different server..not quite as good..long wait but pleasant..food good but soup not as good today (different chef). Oh well still niceCasual atmosphere
Based on previous visits, I was pleasantly surprised by Zoe (sp?) and how well mannered she was. Very nice young lady...she tried very hard and earned a nice tip. Now as for the blonde hostess...I assumed that we were in for another major disappointment eating here, she needs a major lesson in customer service, greetings and manners. Zoe actually recovered our visit nicely. Food was actually good also.
We had placed a togo order that was right around 65 dollars and we decided to go ahead and eat there .Then the next thing i know all of the wait staff is makeing fun of all of us.which made one of the girls cry. Then we all sat down and we was all going to try one of the swirl margaritas but before we could we had probably one of the rudest and most distastful manager / bartender come up and accuse two of us that we had been drinking and refused to serve us .me and my wife hadnt ever even had a drop to drink in several months but we was going to bring in the new year in so we thought ah what the heck try one it looked good . Well until the rudest and like i said most distastful manage/bartender you have ever seen, talk to , encountered with ! Told us she was refusing our service to be she thought that we had been drinking . Which was a lie we had not . She saidto me me she really just didnt want to serve our kind ! I said wowand walked oUT THE WORLDS WORST PLACE EVER TO EAT
When into there with a party of 9, and the person at the front asked us to leave the place because they just couldn't handle 9 different orders and it would overwhelm the new servers and their cooks. We left without making a fuss, but I should mention the place was not even half full. It's really dissapointing because we really like Applebee's and it's very unsatisfactory to have that said to us.
Food was good however most of the servers were on vacation.
Horrible service last night from the moment we walked in. Didnt get greeted just a "come with me" then it took forever for a wait staff member to come over and take our drink orders. Food was ok, general manager ended up coming by table and had to bring us our drinks. Could have walked out with out paying since noone was paying attention. Looked like the general manager was comping several orders.
