First and foremost to the Night shift Manager. My deepest apology for my attitude and behavior towards you for doing your job.Second this is for the OWNER/UPPER MANAGEMENT.You have a policy in place that needs to be changed (preferred)or amended.Policy: NO Service at the Drive in window if your not in a vehicle.On Thursday night 4/28/22 I was refused Service because of this policy,the In door dining was closed due to hours,this I understand, the Drive in was open.I'm called a Professional Truck Driver and our Vehicles very in height,width,length mine is 13.6 ft.H/ 8.6 ft W/72 ft L. and will not fit in your Drive In.Things are bad enough out here on the Roads for all of the PTD's but to be refused Service because my Vehicle will not fit.
Fast service - good food. Actually had left Burger King's drive thru due to their incompetence. Went to Wendy's, and had my food before the people behind me at BK had been served!!
It was pretty bad the fries were yuck but the burger was ok.
Good food! Hot and fresh. Kudos to the cashier for it being her first time on a drawer.

Was dirty and said something about the bathroom and the employees. Well, fat lady, with A Different shirts from the other employees made me think that she's. Was the manager and she just said. Sorry that we can't help you. But very rudely. Maybe cuz of my color of skin.
Tonight was the closest they have come to doing it right or it not being hot or everything you ask for.Every time I've been there either it's been cold or not everything you've paid for. Tonight it was only a straw that was missing for my others drink so was a good night!
Great staff even though they were short of itAmazing salad yes I said that they do great salad I had the pomegranate chicken pecan salad it was just amazingThe berry drink was great and so we're the burgers

Horrible service and management! We used to love going to this Wendy's but things have gone down hill. Covid isn't an excuse for the bad attitude from management and poor service.
