I got Wendy's chili yesterday it looked like somebody had taken a raw hamburger patty and broke off big chunks in it!!! OMG it was the most horrible chilli I've ever had ,no beans,no flavor then comes the realization of the meat....wow smh....I don't know what happened ,somebody needs to fix this immediately!!! and to top it off I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and that's not what they gave me I'll just leave it at that I think it's time for the main manager and corporate to be contacted
Ordered 4 spicey chicken sandwiches 1 out of 4 was warm the other 3 was cold and hard even the bread so thay went to the dogs
Good stop food was correctly put together was warm and tasted great
This is the second time going there in a week.. first time they forgot some of my order and I had to wait in a LONG line to get the rest of my kids food.. Tonight the fries were cold, no straws and no sauce.. I've only lived here for 6 months.. when we first moved here we NEVER had a problem, now it's like get it out the door no matter what! And to say the customer service is good... NO ITS AWEFUL!

The bacon maple chicken croissant is dry. It sounded so good.
Service was great, dining room was clean. The new French fries are gross, go back to your last fries and cook them a little more.
