The Wendy's restaurant on underwood street in Zanesville , Ohio is awesome .With my experience there,,i appreciate the food quality and most of all ,,effient customer service,,for examples ,,I order cheese sauce on the side for my 15 yr son and it sometimes spills in his sandwich ,,fries lunch bag.But not at underwood st cuz I didn't even ask but they took upon their self and put the cheese sauce in a separate little bag so if cheese sauce did spill it would not spill on his other food.Great ideal Wendy's on underwood st .Thank you for thinking smart,,and caring for your customers.Prompts to the best Wendy's in Zanesville ,,Ohio.(Underwood Street)
Waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes. Only made it 4 cars back from drive thru speaker!??? Pulled out of line and ordered creno's. TERRIBLE wait time.
It was good and served the purpose...getting my stomach full. But the staff seemed very scattered and unorganized.
Missing part of my order. Went back to get it. Ordered a baked potato, received a rotten potato which was obvious should have been thrown away. You could see and smell the rot!!!!
Twice now the service was bad and I had one of the worst Wendy's burgers that I ever had. And the order was wrong. Seems like bad management
These guys are always friendly when I go there. Been there about 5 or 6 times since I moved to town and they've never messed up my order

If your going to have rude young teenage girls working here you should put them in the back somewhere, not at the front counter where they are the first to interact with customers. 20 minutes to get 2 cups of ice and napkins and I was the only one in there at the time. Not only that, after I waited 20 minutes as she walked back and fourth from the front counter in front of me to wherever she was going, she had an attitude and said “go get it over there” when she could’ve simply took 2 seconds when I first walked up the counter and assisted me. I think she may have expected me to walk away so she wouldn’t have to do her job, which is why I stood there and waited.
Hot food, great service, helpful people, all around my favorite Wendy's to visit.
