Went here to eat today and will never go back. We normally love Tumbleweed but it was horrible today. We had to wait a good 45 minutes for our food and it wasn't great when it finally arrived. Had to ask for my croutons for my salad a few times and never got them til I got the bill and they were so salty you couldn't even eat them. They need to train their new waitresses better. Overall it was terrible.
The service was impeccable ; however the food was mediocre. I got the chicken tenders which were cooked to a crisp, a sweet baked potato also over cooked and Mac and cheese that tasted watered down. My son got the loaded nachos and those were actually extremely good. My friend got steak tacos and they were cold with rice that tasted very plain.
Every time I have been in this restaurant it has gotten worse and worse. The last time our family of six went, there were only people at like two other tables and yet we still had horrible service. We had to ask the waitress each time we needed a drink refill, it was hard to get something when we needed it because the waitress would disappear for long periods of time, the steaks were not cooked the way we asked for them to be cooked, it took forever to get our food and it was cold when she finally brought it out, she completely forgot about a salad we ordered, and she brought out everyone’s meal except for mine cause she forgot to put my order in. Won’t be back.
Always had great food and wonderful service. This trip...not so great. Excessive wait on meal. Steaks came with knives across meal all super hot to touch from being under warmer way to long( no they were not busy) and my medium steak was definatelty past medium, but I ate it. Then realized we had not gotten our salads. Waitress brought them after we inquired. Baked Weet potato was black on outside. Salads had large cut pieces of the core. Over all not in a hurry to return.
Well, once again, I am highly disappointed.Ordered for pick up. The girl that answered was rude. Get home, and directions for the food was not followed. One salad had bacon and tomatoes after being asked to leave them off, one steak was cooked well done instead of medium and the baked sweet potato came with no butter or sour cream. I am done ordering from this location. How many chances does one place need?
Went for lunch. It was an okay experience. Not very many people where in the place when we went so it was nice we experienced fast service. The food is the only thing I didn't care for. The cook did a good job its just their recipes that I didn't like, for example the salsa reminded me of just ketchup with chunks of tomatoes and seasoning, the chips needed salt and the other recipes where a little spicy ( I mean my kids got tacos and I would think they wouldn't be as spicy as the adult place.) But, the staff where all friendly, yet for the price and taste of the food I don't think I'll want to go back. Just wasn't my cup of tea.
It looked super busy, always a good sign. We decided to try it out before we left town. My pulled pork sandwich didn't have much pork, was very dry and the fries were stale. My husband's burrito on the other hand was big and delicious. The waitress did her job, but didnt really try to be personable. I'm very torn about this place, depends on your preferences I guess.
Steaks not cooked properly.Antler chandelier needs some major cleaning. Was hoping that no dust bunnies fell into the food. Waitress was great.

I love our Tumbleweed. The mango chile glazed chicken tenders and the mango pineapple sirloin are unique and right up my alley. Nettie and Emily always do a fantastic job. This is my favorite place to sit down and eat.
