Great coffee and yummy bagels!

They need to keep the strawberry cheesecake donut and not just for a limited time and they need to put more of the tiny ice in the sweet tea bc I’m a ice lover other than that I love Tim hortons
They hardly had any donuts, none were in the display. W we tried to order an iced coffee and they said it hadn’t started and would take hours. Worst Tim Hortons ever

I was greeted at the speaker with, "Thank you for stopping at Tim Horton's, what can we make fresh for you". Which was great except for the conversation that followed did not match up to their offer. I ordered a decaf Iced Vanilla Coffee. To which they responded, "I don't have time to make decaf coffee right now. It is only me and one other worker here right now and we are too busy for that. It would take 5 minutes before I can have it ready". It wasn't the information that bothered me, it was the delivery of it. I am completely understanding of short staffing and I appreciate the hard work that the employee was putting in to cover for the lack of staff. There were better ways to inform me that they didn't have decaf brewed currently. I was understanding of the situation and changed my order to a different drink. The other piece that bothered me was that I was told decaf would take 5 minutes to make. However, it took 10+ minutes before I was at the window to pay. Again I sympathize with the worker and her steessful situation, but I felt this could have been handled better.
Since they closed their inside again for “covid “ reasons - their lines are 10-13 deep. I’ve stopped going! No reason they can’t be open inside ..
Love their food and coffee especially their donuts! So fresh.
Delicious and extremely clean
They got rid of everything sugar free in their coffees and stopped serving oatmeal, which makes it hard for anyone trying to eat healthy there. No clue what has been going on there lately.
