Just stopped for coffee and Tim bits my grandaughter wanted a smooth they don't carry them. Ok thats fine but the girl was incredibly rude. I won't return
I have been to this location twice but am not likely to return. Walked in today and the girl didn't bother to say anything to me. She blankly stared at me for a few minutes and I figured she was waiting for something before greeting me but that wasn't the case. I finally gave her my order - 3 medium oreo iced capps and 1 mocha medium iced capp and 20 timbits. Girl said ok you can pay now and I paid but it seemed low. She came out with 1 oreo iced capp and the timbits, didn't offer to put whipped cream on it and just left me standing there. I called someone else over and explained I didn't get all my order. I had to pay for the rest of my order again and the lady didn't apologize. She only said it had been a difficult morning. Fine, but at least apologize. And maybe do something to make it right.The last time I was there, the employees didn't seem to care to be there or care about the customers. It was the same this time and I am appalled. As I am in the food business myself, I know this is far below any standard out there. In addition to that, the kitchen was a disaster and the crew had dirty shirts.The only good thing about that place is the seating is really nice.

Kids love their coffee and tea and donuts and sandwiches but for me it's too expensive but they got good food
I stopped at this location on my way back home from visiting family. The girl working let me in to use the restroom even tho the lobby was closed and then gave me my coffee. I truly appreciate the courtesy of this young lady working and will definitely recommend and visit again!
Employees are not friendly and seem like they really have no desire to be there. They were just as unpleasant last week when I went as they were today. My iced carmel machiatto tasted like burnt coffee.
1st time going to this specific location and I LOVE Tim Hortons. My order was a medium peppermint mocha, sausage egg and cheese English muffin and 2 different donuts.I'm used to the cashier confirming your order when there is such a long line. She just stood there looking amd said nothing with her hand out. And when handing my food and card back to me and still said nothing and was just straight weird. I received some kind of flavorless latte drink. 2 extremely stale donuts and a sandwich that had a green egg with no sausage.NEVER COMING BACK TO THUS ONE AGAIN. if I wasn't in a rush to go pick up my kids I would have taken it app back.

Worst service I've ever had at a coffee shop my order was far from right and the employees act like it's an inconvenience to service you.
All of the employees who work the drive thru are EXTREMELY RUDE! There’s one dark hair lady who seriously I’m so excited to see in the mornings because she is sweet,friendly, and always makes sure you have everything! Half the time you roll up to the window with the ladies staring at you who don’t say hi,hello, your total today is...... they just hold there hand out! Second if you order something that you were charged for then PLEASE don’t be rude when you hand me EVERYTHING WRONG and I say “I’m sorry but this isn’t right” and YOU blow outs air rolling your eyes!!!! If south town had more options I’m sure this place would NEVER have any customers... management should really work on training their employees! Or better yet go through the drive thru yourself and don’t them know who you are so you can see for yourself how horrible it is!
