Just have to say hats off to this Texas Roadhouse!! Great food!! Great Service! Although we did not complain my husbands steak had a lot of fat on it and I have to say that the bartender Jessica and the manager on duty took care of it..Thank you and we will be back!!
This is the newest restaurant to Zanesville and it was great. Friendly staff, free peanuts, great atmosphere delicious food! This place only gets a 4 star rating sadly because of prices. $$$$ ($60.00+tip for an appetizer, two entrees, plus drinks without dessert)
It wasmy wife an I first time going. Fast and speedy service. The waitress checked on us but wasn't over bearing. Left her a great tip. The food was great. We will definitely be going back. All in all, it was a very pleasant date day.
Service was great, seated right away. Sides was fantastic. Restaurant was clean. Steak was cooked just right but just a little too much fat for me. Besides that everything was fine.
Service was slow, order was wrong. Food over cooked. Drinks were all right. Took an hour to get our food. Not sure if I'll go back and see if the next visit is any better.
03/11/2022 We had dinner and it was hands down the best experience we've ever had!! Our waitress Dede was awesome, she was hands on with my kids and made us feel so welcome and took the best care of us and our food was great! Definitely worth the wait! Thank you Texas roadhouse for going above and beyond when so busy!!
I've went here twice and the service was horrible both times, the first time after waiting about 15 - 20 minutes I went to get our bread rolls, and asked for drinks, the second time I think our first waiter who was doing fine was fired , the food was great thiugh
Absolutely loved the place! This was my first time to a Texas Roadhouse and I was impressed. First, the place was massively busy and there was a 20 minute wait. However, once in the door, we were greeted with kind and helpful staff. Once we had our orders we soon found there was a long wait for our food. Our waitress went over and above to constantly check on us and provided refreshments and offered bread. After the order took over an hour to come out, the manager sent her out to offer us half off for our troubles. The wait was worth it! The food came out hot and super delicious. I got the sirloin 6oz and shrimp skewer with fresh veggies and baked potato. Needless to say -for me -it was more than I could eat. The steak was cooked to perfection and the onions and mushrooms sweet and tender. The fresh vegetables tasted like they were just picked out of the garden. The baked potato went home with me. Awesome job to the staff! I highly recommend the place and I will certainly be back!
We got our food fast despite the number of people and our waiter was very funny and comforting. The food was pretty good too
First visit last night, spur of the moment idea. It looked busy as always, we were seated right away. Hardly had my coat off when our server was asking for drink order. Appetizers were great, steaks were perfect! No room for desert, next time will try something. Very good first visit, will be back many times in the future.!! Thanks, John and Tammy. ?
