I always get get fast service here and the food is always hot. The staff is friendly.
I went to this establishment tonight to pick up dinner. I ordered the chicken taco deluxe box and specifically asked for NO LETTUCE. I pulled up to the drive through, paid, and when it came time to pick up my food, I was handed a small bag with the 6 Dorito loco tacos and was told that ALL of the food was in the bag including the deluxe box food. I get home (20 minutes away) and all that was in the bag was the 6 tacos. I called, talked to Rhonda and was told to come back with receipt. I did so and as soon as I pulled up to the speaker, it was radio silence and then “uh you can order whenever you are ready” in a snotty attitude. Told her the situation asked for no lettuce again, pulled up got my food and left. I get home and guess what, there’s lettuce. I’ve had weird food aversions since having Covid and lettuce tasting like dirt is one of them. Should I have checked my food both times, yes, lesson learned, however the lack of customer service and the blatant lack of interest in doing your job was highly evident tonight by everyone except the manager and the young gentleman who took my card.
Our order was $37 and I couldn't figure out how it was so high so I went to look at the receipt and it wasn't in there and there were things we didn't order in there. And we only got 2 drinks. Very little meat. You used to get your money's worth there it appears they've gotten stingy or at least that day.
They NEVER answer their phone ? at night!!! They need too! The food is usually pretty good for fast food.
Nice place too expensive and it's pretty bad when it's a take out fast food that's lame
Tacobell south is trash their works smoke in the store after hours the managers do care about their job and neither dose the GM they got new owners that dont care about their workers and the workers dont care about their job the food is always messed up if i coyld give them less then 1 star i would just down to earth nasty
Okay joint but maple Ave is way better on service and making sure everything you order is in your bag before they hand you your order , they need a bigger drive through area so people are not setting out on main road. But all around food, service is good ..

My husband and I stoped there to get their new double steak grilled cheese burritos and 2 tacos. When we received our order it was completely wrong and by the time we had noticed we were Almost Home which was 15 miles away I called the store told them what happened and they were very nice and said we'll have another order for you when you want to come back we returned a 1/2 an hour later to get our correct order And when we got home we knew we had the right order because we had looked in the bag but when we took our food out our taco was stuck to the paper and Soggy the burrito was flat and the tortilla soggyi the crunchy tortillas inside that should have been crunchy wete soggy because they had been sitting for 30 minutes it was our original order that they thought they could just throw in the microwave and warm up for a few seconds thinking we wouldn't notice notice it was the worst food ever And they better hope I don't get food poisoning because it's sat for so long
I had ordered through the app and when I got there they were closed this was at like 8:14 so I didn't get my order or my money ? ? this has happened to me twice.
