When I was there something happened with the one line there were irate customers the restaurant was busy but the staff was calm and courteous I'll be back and will wait as long as it takes they have a great team in their staff. Great job guys thanks for the great food
I don't know what baldness over the years but since Covid began I've noticed every single employee had been over the top nice. It is a rare occurrence to have this type of quality with all staff. I hope this trend continues and honestly makes me appreciate this location more for there genuine hospitality more than the quality of the food, which let's all be honest it's taco bell. There food is what it is but always has seemed fresh from my experience. One of the best locations I've been to.
Went through the drive thru... Unfortunately they did get my order correct... And it was cold. Plus there was a lot of chatter among employees over the intercom system. Not my favorite... But it'll do in a pinch...
Went through the drive-through today. Denied placing a 5 person order. 2 order limit. Even though I was the only car in the drive thru At 10 AM. Almost a $70 order. Probably won't go to Taco Bell ever again.3/26 update. Drive thru disaster #2. Was told my chip reader Was not working. Ask them to run it again and apparently it didn't work in 2nd time. So I drove off. Check my bank statement. And there was the charge. Tried calling into the stor stayed busy for 45 minutes while I sat in the drive-through again. Finally get to the window and they try to hand me somebody else's order. They then have me what I think is my order just to find out when I get home it's still the wrong order. Done with Taco Bell in Zanesville.
We go to Taco Bell on occasion and this location has been great until tonight. Our food was in the bag upside down and partially unwrapped! If that wasn't bad enough the cheese sauces were thrown on top of our food and one popped open and was all over everything. And to top that mess off, the few taco sauces I asked for amounted to about 20 packages and one or more were open and leaking everywhere. To say the least, this was a hot mess!
One of the better Taco bells I've been to in central Ohio. However every time you go through the drive-thru they ask if you want sauce but never give it to you. You have to ask again at the window. I'd rather they didn't ask me in the first place because then I get disappointed when it's not in the bag. Took me a couple times of eating Taco Bell without sauce to find this out
I am a delivery driver so I have been to a lot of places. the one thing I've noticed is it doesn't matter what state or city I'm in (taco bell) is slow. Makes it hard on delivery drivers but the food is still great.
Never been to this location before, just swung by when my shift was over. Only got three soft tacos and a chicken quesadilla, but they were awesome! Quesadilla was probably best one I've ever had from taco bell, that chicken was perfection, and perfect amount of sauce.
Taco Bell is to Mexican food what McDobalds is to American food, reliably mediocre. Like McDonald's is not really buying food so much as taking on ballast. If you like it, that's great but as far as authenticity, the closest this food is to Mexican, is that a Mexican bought some stuff here once.
Didnt understand order at speaker... had to correct multiple things at window, still didnt get order all the way right. Par for the course these days...
