Ordered on the app, staff was very friendly when I went in to pick it up. Food was great as always.

Great food
Zanesville, off Maple and Military location, in a strip mall. Price and quality more than fair. Service experiences was great which keeps me coming back to this particular Subway location.
When I opened this to write a review, I read the previous one from Kelley Nicholle. I could just copy and paste it as my experience today was almost the same. The only difference is that two employees on the line had their masks under their nose and the 3rd employee was correctly wearing hers. A woman stepped up to the counter as I was paying and told them she wouldn't be staying to place an order because they weren't wearing their masks correctly. I agreed with her and stated they were not protecting anyone or the food. I have frequented this Subway since it opened but I don't know that I will be back while we remain in a pandemic. Apparently the management hasn't made any changes since Kelley's review.
Both employees on line were blatantly ignoring CDC recommendations. The first girl was wearing her mask around her neck, nowhere near her mouth or nose. The next had her mask on her face..but her nose was out and she had touched her face several times. We are in the middle of a global pandemic. I'd expect management to provide better training and supervision. Covid 19 is being taken seriously at every other restaurant in the area that I've visited.
Great customer service
Witnessed employee smoking out of a glass pipe and using a torch in her car after being served by her while I was eating in my car and she got into hers behind the back. As I am not a drug user, i do not know what she was using and she saw me and has all my credit card info as I told her I didn't want my receipt and I am now terrified for my safetly, terrified to be driving near her on the road while she is driving, and sad bc I am a mother and my children and I love subway and we live right down the road from here and now have to get out of our way to drive to another, if I even decide to eat from this company again. Subway do something about this! The employee had glasses, acne, and was wearing a high bun and had dark hair. I believe her name was Alisha. Very hyperactive. If subway doesn't take care of this, people traveling here be careful and watch your children!
