It's a steak n shake. :-) Food was good for the price. Service was a bit slow, but I think their drive through was very busy at the time. Bathrooms were clean enough.
First time back to dine in since pandemic. Was surprised to see everything has changed. Always enjoyed eating there. I was disappointed to have to order n serve self. As elderly and handicapped costumers it's not easy to do. Haven't decided if I will go back. Will tell you food was as good as it had always been. Sorry to say the whole I was there dining area was empty except for two tables the entire time. Remember when it was always full with customers like myself who enjoyed the atmosphere and employees always made us feel welcome.
Well when you’re allergic to whipped cream and they still put it on ur milkshake and u take it up and give it back to have them make a new one and they put it in a different cup but same Milk shake just put it in the blunder… that’s messed up and when the people have a attitude because of that… makes me sick
Was very excited to hear they had reopened the dinner room after being closed for 2 years due to Covid. They modernized the ordering to be kiosks. You order and then sit down. They call out your order number and you go pick it up. Food was just as good as I remember it. Prices seemed to have gone up but that makes sense as I have not been there for 2 years. Great food and great service!
Food was GREAT! Cleanliness was a FAIL!!!! Dirty tables, manager was riding them up but, didn't wipe down not one single table and left. Toilets were clean but, the sinks in the bathroom were DISGUSTING!
Waited for half an hour at the drive thru due to the inside being closed. Got to the order screen only to be told they aren't making any milk shakes. This was 830 on a Saturday evening. What's the point of even being open ? Dave's Grillen and Chillen will be getting my business from here on out.
Ordered through website for delivery, did not receive my drink. Called the store and was told to call Door dash, had no number for them and was very unhelpful. Nothing on website says it is delivered through Door Dash. Bad experience
Food was good but the after affect was the worst I've had. I don't think the burger was fully cooked or something. Plus on top of that this isn't a restaurant. It's a joke. Definitely will not be coming back. Rude lady didn't stock items needed for customers and was rude to a customer. As well as using CC/DC only to pay definitely isn't right as well as no waitress. I say big mistake for sure. I'd prefer a refund over ever eating at another one of these places. I recommend going to a real restaurant with servers who actually do their job instead of rude employees who don't.
The garlic double burger was so small I actually had to check there was a second patty. The onion rings came out cold and the cheese fries we ordered came with a cup of cold cheese on the side. This place used to be good but I'll not be back at this price. On a positive note, I made friends with the ants crawling on our booth before we switched tables.
Service totally sucked. Not one employee even glanced our way….. order was wrong paid for an extra meat patty with toppings, did not get anything on it…. No salt available and no one to ask. Every employee there had their mask around their chin below their nose, why even bother with it! Highly disappointed! Watched and over heard numerous customers complain. I use to love their food, now it’s mediocre at best.
