We didn't get our silverware when we was seated. The tablets on the tables was filthy dirty. You could see food and finger prints all over them.. waitress quoted me one quote for crab legs and I was charged 6 dollars more than what she said . The biscuits was burnt and the cole slaw had no flavor at all. We was the 2nd customer in the door at the opening of the day.
I’m not much for seafood, but I let my son choose where to eat (we were on an impromptu road trip for a less than fun reason). Our waitress was amazing, very friendly and made us feel welcomed, and the steak was amazing. I actually let my son order whatever ridiculous meal he wanted, and I just ordered fries and salad, but he didn’t want the steak in the end, and it was the best steak I’ve ever had!! Really, the staff and food were amazing and were the highlight of our trip!

Our server was absolutely fantastic and super friendly she was an older lady she’s a bartender and she had glasses!!!!! She was absolutely fantastic and made my boyfriends first experience at red lobster absolutely worth it
We went here for our 20th wedding anniversary. We took our 6 year olds with us and neither of them liked the chicken strips and would not eat them. They complained they was dry and one of them eats it with ketchup. They would eat chicken nuggets or strips every day if I let them. They only ate their French fries. I ordered broccoli extra side for my daughter and the waitress forgot it. When she finally come back to see if everything was alright about 20 minutes after we got our food I asked for the broccoli when she brought it the broccoli was cold and soaked in alot of butter so it was also not eat. Since the chicken was dry the kids ran out of drinks quickly and we didn't get to see our waitress so we had to go to the bar to get them some more to drink. The place had maybe 4 tables of people in there including us it was not busy at all. It took over 55 minutes to get our food and 2 tables who came after us got their food before we did it was almost like our waitress forgot to put our order in. I will not go back to this Red Lobster. I use to work at a Red Lobster in Newark maybe next time we will try there because this one was not a good experience. We even had our dinner through the week right on our Anniversary it was a Wednesday.

My family and I had never eaten Red Lobster before, so this was a first time experience for us all. Red Lobster of Zanesville did not disappoint! Very clean, fast bringing our food, and courteous staff. We had no wait. We will definitely be back!
