I was asked to pull around and they would bring my food out to me. I waited 10 minutes and they brought me a bag. It was not my order at all. I took it back and they told me they would remake my order. It took another 10 minutes and then they brought it out to me. Nothing was fresh at all. The chicken bites were old the fries were several hours old and my chicken sandwich was very old. The chicken was dried out and chewy. We didn't get any sauces that we requested for the chicken bites and my Mr. Pibb was flat. Terrible experience. Nothing was offered for the incorrect order or long wait. Staff didn't care about anything but their smoke breaks.
Waited for 30 minutes for a super simple order. Was making to order at 7pm totally unprofessional. As most dinner rush is around 4 to8 pm
I came up to Ohio from Texas and I wanted a rally burger so bad. They were delicious but I thought they were bigger 15years ago. Thx guys I loved it.
Food is surprisingly good. Wait is long and they don’t melt the cheese on the burger.

Food was Luke warm. Burger seemed Cold. This is the first bad experience I've had here since I've been in Zanesville.
Good food and cheap reasonable prices (compared to other fast food places). Other than the worker taking our order acting like she just hated her job the experience was ok. The lady Answered the drive thru Intercome like "what can I get you " in a way like - omg I have to work, why must you be here, please hurry up kinda demeanor. I understand the pandemic has everyone short staffed. I work with customer service too. But, please act a little more professional.

Staff always have an attitude but the food is good so I guess it doesn't really matter
