Called in to place an order and waited forever on hold then was given a very high price over the phone. Placed an order for the exact same items online and was $30 cheaper, my guess is they were either trying to get me to not order food or trying to steal from me, either is unacceptable. Website said 30-45 delivery time, after an hour the delivery tracker says it was still at the store. Called and the store said the order was ready but they didn't know when the driver could bring it so we changed order to carry out. We went and picked up the food and it was cold as ice, our pizza was wrong and they don't give us sauce for our wings or bread sticks. I haven't been to this pizza hut n a couple years because their food and service was consistently bad but I thought maybe they had improved, I was wrong this pizza hut is just permanently bad and should be shut down, obviously the people who work here have no idea how to make food let alone run a business.
If I could give it a negative stars I would. Ordered at 10:50 an gt it at 12:25pm. To only get my pizza mashed together at the edge of the box like it's been thrown around. I will not be going back that's a waste of money.
First order came through door dash, wrong food, it happens. Remake that was sent after was awful, didn't even eat it after a couple bites
I always get good service and the Pizza is always done right. The toppings are always spread evenly and that is a plus!

Hire more drivers so it doesn’t take 45 minutes to receive your food once it leaves the store! Also that they take pride in the food they send out of the store! Though I’m grateful they refunded my money!

Breadsticks was suppose to be cheesesticks, they was over done and hard to eat
