First time having this pizza. I just got two pepperoni pizzas. We got home and it was 2 half pepperoni and half just cheese pizzas. So idk what was going on there but as for the pizza's taste... it was very good. Perfect thin crust and with a slight crunch on the pepperoni! Cheese was awesome. I was impressed with this pizza place. ? I will be coming back to try other things they have here. Hopefully no more order mess ups!
Pizza cottage in zanesville was amazing the waitress awesome and the other customers sooo friendly.. Will definitely be going back
Husband and I and 2 kids plus sister and her husband and 2 children dined in. We were seated promptly to our surprisewith a larger party. Our waitress made sure we didn't want for anything. She was awesome. Our children ordered personal pizza's and a side of Mac n Cheese. They didn't get their Mac n Cheese until we were all almost done with our entire meal. That was disappointing and the kids didn't really like it all that much. But, it was a very nice experience. We had a great time together as a family. The food was very good, both husband's ordered calzones a special way, and they made them perfectly. Sister and I ordered salad and it was delicious. The pizza was very good. Will go back for sure, just don't order any Mac n Cheese.
I really like their staff and they always go the Xtra mile to assure me my order is correct and when I get my food it's always good and ?!!! Be sure to tip the drivers...

on 11/30 stopped in for lunch. This location was busy which is acceptable. After watching an elderly couple walk out because other customers were waited on that arrived after them and the same happened to me as well. Both waitresses walked past me several times without acknowledging me like I was invisible. Did I mention I eat here almost every Tuesday. I left and will spend my money somewhere else.
Placed order it 11:55 am. Recieved notification at 12:46pm that driver was approaching with food and then at 12:55 order was delivered, but guess what no food delivered. Getting ready to call pizza cottage at 1:04pm and receive call from someone clear out near Frazeyburg Road that they had recieved half our order with theres. So I called Pizza Cottage and they apologized and stated there was a mix up with the order. They stated they would remake it and get it right out to use and now at 2pm I'm just now recieving our food and its could. Called and complained and got run around about them using doordash for delivery. Stated they would send gift certificates in mail to use. Just extremely disappointed with the service.
