Bagle with cream cheeseThen I walked over to case she just stood thereI said you need to come over here to see what I wantGot a orange sconce and a cookieWell why would she put two items in a box that is not cost effective to begin withGot home my bagel was coldThe idiot just dropped it in bag and didn’t wrap it in paperThat is not safe putting it in bag without rapper.She was very rude! Not customer friendly!Spent 8.00 and got poor customer serviceVery very disappointed
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like flat bread with Smokey chicken and Chicken noodle soup. It’s delicious. But do not forget to try Chicken teriyaki.
I lived in Zanesville now for 4 years and I've never been to Panera Bread. I thought the staff here was pretty amazing and helped me with any questions I had. The restaurant in general was clean and was well maintained. My only complaint is the prices I thought were a bit high. But once again this was the first time I was there. Didn't know what to expect. Overall my experience was great and I would definitely go back.

Always has fresh bread and delicious broccoli cheddar soup. I also am in love with their green passion smoothie! Prices aren’t necessarily cheap, but we’ll worth it!

Usually only thing I get from here is coffee. I have the subscription for $9--all the coffee you want every two hours. Isually get 35-40 cups a month. Bear claws and souffles are good, cinnamon rolls will put you into sugar coma! Drive thru gals are the best. Bagels, compsred to Block's are hugely disappointing.
The restaurant had a really good atmosphere. My main concern was their new grilled Mac and cheese. It didn’t taste very good at all. The other sandwiches and soups that my friends got were good though!
Food just ok over priced for what you get. Place is very clean.
I visit this location often and am always satisfied with their service. The drive through is t the fastest but, it is worth the wait!
