If you enjoy expensive food that's far from fresh, this is the place to go. Their food tastes like it's been setting out for a million years, and the cost is not worth it!!!!
I went to Panda Express in Zanesville, Ohio today for my 30 minute lunch break. After waiting in line for over 10 minutes to order. When I got to the window and paid I was asked to pull to the front as it would be "2 minutes" until my super greens were done. Ok, not great, but no problem. I waited out front for the rest of my lunch break. I went in and asked for my money back because I didn't have time to wait as my lunch was now over and I had to go back to work. My request was refused because "it's almost ready."I had to leave without my money and my food. There was no point in arguing, I didn't have the time. Do not go here if you don't have time to wait or you are on a schedule. I will not be back.
Their menu is pared to nothing, lobby not open, forced to change order three times or wait for them to cook anything, waited three times their estimate anyway, got home - order was shorted. I WILL NOT be going there again. Girl comes to lot where you have to wait for your food, locked out, cool has to stop cooking to let her in. Inefficient , frustrating comedy
Out of more than half their menu with over an hour left before they closed and most items only had one portion left. Offered to make it and said they could only cook one thing at a time, so it would be over 30 minutes. Super rude shift lead, lots of excuses didn't seem to want to actually cook the food.
It's fine and all, wish there were more options without meat. The service was great
I ordered my food online an hour ahead of time. When I got here a few minutes after my pick up time I was told I still had to wait 10-15 for my food to be made. I was the only person inside and there was 1 car in drive thru. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s not ready???
The food was Luke warm even though it was only 20 minutes to 12 pm. The girl that was working the cash register was unpleasant. The only positive thing I can say. THE JOINT WAS CLEA .
Food tasted good. Ordered online, still had to wait in the drive through line due to the lobby being closed. Line didn't take more than 8 minutes to get through.
So me and my boyfriend went to get panda express today to get lunch and the noodles were literally taste and smell like cigarettes!! It was nasty I know what it smells like because I've had noodles from there before and never had a problem until today. Will not be eating there again
When you come here, you can expect great service and delicious food. A great dining experience.
