I have ate at the Olive Garden so many times I can't even count. Always decent service and the food is always good but the other day when I was there I got the chicken alfredo and the chicken was rubbery and chewy and I have never experienced that before. I was very disappointed and our waitress never came back after our food was served to ask how everything was. So I did not receive a little bit off of my meal or asked if I would like to have something else. I basically just spit out the chicken trying to eat some of it but each bite got worse and worse and it was not worth eating!!??
Had one of the best experiences with this location I've ever had. Our waiter was a young man named Malachi. He did a fantastic job ?? Very professional and respectful. Very knowledgeable of the menu and the dishes. Stopped by every 5 minutes or so to check on us. I had ordered the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. My past experiences with these deals, the waiter or waitress does not stop by frequently enough to make the unlimited feel like it's "unlimited". Eventually you get tired of waiting for them to ask if you would like more. Not with Malachi! He was on it. Everytime I finished a bowl of soup he was there within 60 seconds offering me a new bowl. Amazing service and amazing food! Thank you Malachi!
Heather in Ohio is my Aunt's favorite waitress & we are from NY. It makes a difference when you have a great waitress. NY needs more Heather's. She was fantastic! Fresh food. Good time.
Service was over the top great! Food was very good. We had about a 25 minute wait for a party of 4. Kitchen did a great job. Our food was at the table before we were done with our salads. Prices are competitive with other restaurants of this scale.
John is a lovely host. Heather provides exceptional waitstaff service. Heather has the menu memorized, is efficient, anticipates diners needs, is cognizant of dietary issues, and provides exemplary service. We highly recommend that Olive Garden provide her with a raise.
Food was absolutely amazing. Wait staff wasn't very attentive, but he wasn't awful. If we had had a better experience with our waiter it would have been 5 stars.
We ordered the salad and Bread sticks to go. The salad is always great. The bread sticks were ok. They didn't all have the seasoning though. But really good otherwise.
We hadn't been to Olive Garden for awhile and went for a late lunch the other day. The waitress was super sweet and always had extra water there for us.We got the tour of Italy, the lasagna and chicken parm were ok, the fettuccine alfredo was delicious! We got some alfredo sauce for our breadsticks and that's our new favorite, glad we stopped in!
Passing through and hungry! Weather was iffy and it was a Sunday. They were the best staff, food and wait time we have had in a while. Zero wait. Amazing attentive staff. The food was so good. I just wanted people to know that this evening was Top notch.
Still a go to, but seems more average and further toward processed fast food as the years go by. Soups are tasty. Sausages are a big letdown now. Used to be full sized, butterflied. Now just subpar. Service is very good. Staff is kind, prompt. As the menu changes over time, I dare say some of the fare at Fazoli's is better than Olive Garden.
