They were very busy I applaud these workers for there hard work this morning. All the employees where super nice! A young lady even helped me find just what I was looking for! Food was great.
I went through the drive through made my order when I went to pay found out I forgot my money. Said I go home get it and come back and pay. MANAGER said she got it taken care of it. Offered all my change., but she said don't worry about it. I have never had anyone do such a nice thing like that. Bless her she needs to be recognized for such a kind act.
Just ordered there and they forgot the shake, got home and opened the bag and they forgot 3 sandwiches and they fries are super cold, won't be going back...
I've been going to this location since October and never had an issue before. Today the drive thru lady was rude, accused me of lying, then lied to the manager about it. I was shaken up, and went inside to talk to the manager, and she just repeated the lie the lady in the drive thru gave. However, the manager was not there when we were speaking. It was extremely stressful to be insinuated as a liar, over an apple pie. I will not be returning to this location.
Consistently fast, friendly, and freshly made food. The BEST McDonald's I've been to, I actually won't go to McDonald's anywhere else, as otherwise, McDonald's is usually a disappointment.
Nice McDonald's to stop on I-70. Staff friendly. Speedy service. Clean.
Maybe it’s not always like this, maybe they are having a bad day, but today it’s Dirty in the dining room (the beverage area was gross) with trash all over the floor. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes with the employees just looking at us before anyone took our order.
YOOO I ordered a mcchicken along with a McDouble to create the wonderful McGangbang and lemme tell y'all, this stuff HIT harder than the chancla. It was so fire. 10/10 would recommend.
Slow, inaccurate, rude staff. I have never had a good experience with this location. Convenience is the only reason I still go. Food is usually decent. You are lucky to get 3 words from the drive-thru workers who take your money and give you your food.
Carmel iced coffee? That's a joke. There was absolutely no ice, and it was warm. And where's the Carmel? The saving grace was that the food was hot, and the drive thru line, despite being super long, went pretty darn fast.
