It was OK.They do try I will give them that. They need more structure,more positive management and I feel the crew is giving up because of it. Not a single smile there, it broke my heart. They do make mistakes on our orders and they do try to fix them.I used to work at a McDonald's as a crew and in management. Never seen such a sad place.
Surprisingly good service this time! I ordered one McDouble to be plain and another to be normal. They got both correct! It's a shame that I'm impressed by this but I've not had great accuracy with McDonald's in the past. The lady that took my order was friendly and professional and the cashier at the window was nice as well. Overall a great visit and I'm impressed!
Probably the best McDonald's in the state of Ohio, usually....What they lacked in not customizing my Big Mac and giving us lukewarm fries, they almost made up for in ftiendlyness. I do miss hot fries though.
We took our friend who is in a nursing home there after her Dr. appt. We really enjoyed our food & the staff was very nice.
The girl at the drive thru window was rude, she dumped my fries upside-down in the bag and when I asked for the sauces that I ordered she gave me an attitude and just dumped them out the window at me. When I asked for her name to report her to management she shut the window on me. Completely unprofessional.
Was a late night stop...and believe it or not, they were relatively fast, being of the shorter staffed shift. Food was great. Just as i remembered. I dont eat fast food much so having a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese meal with a strawberry shake was mouth watering bliss!!!. ? Thank you to one of the most busiest McDonald's in the United States.
Got an oreo mcflurry and she put extra oreo on the bottom, delicious!
Don’t go there passed 9 pm unless you want to wait for 20 min just to get cold food. Pathetic
Eent there for a quick bite to eat. Had 8 cars in the double drive thru ahead of of us. Took 30 minutes to get served.Three orders took up the bulk of the time.When you have this issue, set those folks off to the side and keep the line moving.
This location charges 3.58 for two sausage patties but 2.00 for two sausage biscuits. Was surprised last night at this. Also gave a small drink with the combo. I was charged twice the amount as I'm usually charged for the same meal at other location, even this location charged less before. Not sure if prices changed or what. Just be aware when you order now.
