First McDonalds encountered that refused to allow us to use mobile ordering codes and the manager also would not let us apply the amount to our McDonalds account to earn rewards. On a long trip passing through so couldn’t easily leave and eat elsewhere. Was brushed off by manager because there was a long line of other customers waiting to order.
My husband and I drive between Ohio and PA regularly and usually need to eat during the drive. This location has become our go-to drive thru because of the great quality and service. I'm not kidding when I say every time we've gone that our fries and mcnuggets were hot and fresh. The employees have always been very nice and prompt. We can usually get in and out of the drive thru and on our way without loss if time.
It felt odd to walk in to order. It felt odder to know I waited longer than the drive thru window did. I saw the car get there stuff and go that was 12 cars in the line. Food was hot and delicious and worth the wait. Clean place, except for someone who clawed the paper roll to find the end. That was messy not filth. Close light and easy onto 40 or to rt 70 ramp.
I got a large coffee and breakfast burritos. The coffee was nice and fresh and the burritos tasted great. The cashier was very friendly

Places lit up like they're open 24/7 supposedly?? told me they could not take any orders for 2 hrs until their equipment cooldown that's a new one,,that I could wait seriously

I order $55.00 of food for my moving crew. Please recheck the order before you hand it over to customer!!! I shouldn’t have to do it in the drive lane!! No more visits to this restaurant!!
Typical fast food but I don't visit the restaurant solely on their slow service. Due to the massive line that occurs 90% of the time you cannot park in a parking space at the restaurant. If the store owner had a lick of sense they would reconstruct the drive-thru and offer higher wages to entice people to apply because obviously they're doing fantastic revenue wise and can afford to pay way above minimum wage.
My fries were nasty. Our coffees tasted gross. Our sweet tea taste disgusting. We were waiting forever for our food. Super rude and loud.
