This McDonald's is the worst! Everytime I think we'll give it another try, they do not give us something. Every TIME! The last time they left off a whole meal! They left off 3 drinks today. Thank goodness doordash gives us a refund but it's ridiculous! This is the only McDonald's store we have this much trouble with.
This McDonald's has to be the worse one I've ever ordered from period. I stopped an got my son hot cakes an sausage no fork no butter an wasnt even warm. I got a bacon egg n cheese biscuit which had a thin tiny piece of bacon on it an the biscuit was in pieces an crumbling just a disaster every time I stop there all them employees there you'd figure it would be better nope lack of supervision an training leads to poor service. You pull up to the windows to pay an collect your food an the employees on their cell phones!!!! I wouldn't recommend this store
So we ordered breakfast this morning and my wife wanted the breakfast burritos. The girl asked if we wanted hot or mild sauce. We said mild. We get to the window to get our food and I make sure they put the mild sauce in the bag. She said that they were out of mild. The thing is, she wasn't going to tell me and I would have found out when we started eating. This place is a joke.
First let me give the night shift manager a huge kudos. I went thru the drive thru late at night...probably around midnight. Now mind you it took, no lie, 20 minutes to get thru until food was in hand. Now, after inspecting food to make sure order was correct, we found that there had been an error. I took the sandwich that was wrong back inside. I noticed that there was only 3 or 4 employees working, including manager. One working money window while taking orders. One handling food window...one cooking and manager. I heard the phone ring into this business. I could immediately hear someone screaming at the manager who was helping food window running back and forth helping the cook and handling front counter orders. She deserves recognition. And please anyone who needs employed...plz plz go there...they pay good honestly and these ppl have a wonderful attitude. They are short handed like many places. Please everyone take a breath,. Wait..........exhale ? They are trying their best to serve us. The ones that get salty, or p.o'd. We need to see their working conditions before we criticize scream and cry becuz our order got messed up or we had to wait extra time. Btw, the manager happily replaced my sandwich...Btw, I HAPPILY WAITED PATIENTLY AND TOLD HER I APPRRCIATED IT AND THANKED HER!. Great place with great employees, just need more employees. ??
Line time getting better, still need workers I imagine? Because my order's 90 % of the time are either missing wrong or never charged ...
Poor service. Had to place order twice d/t then giving my first order to someone else. This is not the first time this location has messed up on my orders. Even with second order it wasn't right when I got home.
Didn't get all of my food. 3 orders of Fries were cold and rubbery. Waited in drive thru line 20 minutes to have it fixed had to pull over and wait another 10 minutes. Took sandwich out of box and couldn't eat it, as the bun was hard and you could tell it had been setting in there awhile. Paid almost $40 n Took it home n fed it to my dogs.
Nice friendly staff, quick with our order. Downside was the bathroom felt like a sauna pretty sure it was 95 degrees in there
Last visit I received the wrong order....it happens sometimes. Went back to the store with understanding, as many years ago I worked fast food and know how it goes sometimes. Got my replacement order and went home to find another WRONG order AGAIN!!!! went back and got a refund - never return again as the second replacement should have been checked with EXTREME caution before handing to me.....It after all was replacing a wrong order to start with. No response from corporate as well after reporting the incident. Looks like Burger King will be getting all my orders from now on!
Just paid $4.80 for 20 oz.. of orange juice when I ordered 2 breakfast combos. Got home and sandwiche wrappers where loose and sandwiches were in the bottom of the bag apart. Hashbrowns were crispy critters. Better off to get out of the car and go in Sheets and get well prepared food. Takes a few minutes but its worth it.
