Tried the Zesty Garden Turkey Club! It was delicious! The chips and pickle are always a great addition. Great service and great food!
I have ordered several times. Twice I have gotten the wrong sandwiches. Today I ordered the #12 went through the drive through when we got home there was no meat on the sandwich. Like their sandwiches but it will probably be awhile before I go there again
Tried calling on 2 different days to order a sub. Some immature guy in there likes playing games on the phone. First time I was hung up on 4 times while he made jokes about picking up and hanging up. I figured I would call today and maybe I would speak to someone else. Nope some immature little kid got on the phone and thought it was play time. I used to go here because they actually had good service which is a rarity in this town. This is the guy you want representing Jimmy John's? Might want to have someone else answer the phone that can handle it. Absolutely ridiculous.
The subs are good but I asked for hot peppers on the side and they would not give them to me. Said they don't have a container to put them in, I asked them to just put them in a napkin and they still refused said they are not an ingredient they put on the sub I ordered?? Asked for a manager and he would not give them to me either. What kind of customer service is this? I have never been to a restaurant where they refused to give something on the side. In short its their way or the highway.
I went through the drive-through this evening and the girl in there working tonight was working by herself. She was busy as there were two cars ahead of me and two cars behind me and I felt so bad for her but she was doing a great job and I think the girl deserves a raise!!! I’m sure not everyone was very nice to her either if they had to wait a little longer than normal for their sub. It is so sad to see all these staff shortages everywhere because no one wants to work these days. I’m sure that was not easy for her to be working by herself tonight but again she was working hard!! Thank you!!
Oh. My. Goodness. I recommend the #5. Try it! Staff was kind, courteous and friendly. Might be my new favorite place. No photo. Food didn't last long. ?
Customer service is worst I've ever seen. Jamie is rude and has no business in customer service.
Went thru drive-thru ordered 3 items got home and 1 was missing. Went back thru to get missing item and spoke with Jamie instead of saying sorry pull ahead and I give you the item we forgot , she decided to argue with me and mouth off. Jamie needs to learn what customer service is .

Try teaching drive through cashier's to smile. Dude was extremely unpleasant. Not coming back
