order the chili fries and didnt get one utensil, the cheese sauce button fell into my fries and they just pick it out WITHOUT no gloves on and didn’t restart my order, the chili tasted like can. the cheese was cold. the workers just stood around talking. if a business has no customers you know its not worth your time. also the foreign homeless man who was just sitting in the dining room. -10/10. never again
The onion rings we're delicious and then we dip them in the sauce. What a total foodgasm! The burgers were delicious. The environment was cool understaffed but cool with a very groovy playlist.
Best place in town for a good burger!the number 3 california is my favorite, Stacy and her crew always go above and beyond for the customers and everyone is always very friendly.cant wait to come back for a number 3 and my cheese curds!!
Freddy's food is great...especially love the fries. I've been in many around the country. This one was dirty. Not a single table was clean and only 3 customers. Even the pickup area where you can see in the back...dirty. the floors looked okay. Wipe the tables! 1st time I've seen that at a Freddy's.
Me and my boyfriend came here about a month ago and the restaurant looked awful. Place was a mess, the register worker while they weren’t rude, it was clear that they were very unenthusiastic about their job. I went back earlier today and everything had changed for the better. Food was amazing and store looked spotless. Even the employees looked happier to be there. Will definitely be back.
Very wonderful experience. I had heard the place is under new management and the difference is night and day. So much cleaner, my order was 100% correct and everything was warm and tasty. I will definitely be back
Holy cow. I'd expect to get three times the meat for the price that they charge. I felt like I ate just toasted bread. And their custard machine was down. For a place that has custard in their name they really should have a working custard machine.
Went to Freddy's for the first and last time yesterday. I was disgusting the steakburger was smashed so thin it was crunchy and tasted like salt! My husband and mother didn't like it either. Custard machine and pop machine were both broke and the employees didn't seem to know how to do their jobs. Never going back
Dining room needed attention. We ordered food and we got it quick, but the fries were cold and the steak burger was really dry and overcooked. The custard machine was also broke. Was really looking forward to a great meal, but it did not happen on this trip. Hopefully better next time.
