I was not satisfied with my Italian sub this time because I ordered it as well done with everything on it with the dressing on the side. Well I received the sub and it had everything on it and it was well done but they put mayo on it. instead of the dressing on the side.
I usually don't have any problems with the Maysville Ave location. They have good subs and I've never been made to wait extraordinarily too long for my delivery.That being said, my recent experience with them has me considering ordering elsewhere from now on. I ordered a sub and a salad. 45 minutes after ordering and not receiving, I called the store to make sure they got the order since I ordered close to the online cut off time. (They dont take orders within one hour of closing time). I was polite and the young man I spoke to was polite as well. My order was already on it's way.When I received it however, I received my salad but my sub was incorrect. Upon closer examination, it wasn't my sub at all. It was for a different address.So I called the store to let them know the mistake. They said no problem, would make a new one right away and send it out. I asked if they could send some ranch with the sub, the guy puts me on hold, then a different, angry-sounding gentleman comes on and says "If you want ranch, you'll have to pay another delivery fee".lolwut?? YOU'RE ALREADY COMING TO MY HOUSE TO BRING ME THE CORRECT FOOD BECAUSE YOUR DRIVER MESSED UP! WHY DOES IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE FOR HIM TO BRING A RANCH CUP WITH HIM?!?! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY EXTRA BECAUSE HE IS ALREADY COMING HERE!After this experience, this location could do with some lessons in customer satisfaction. It's not just about politeness, correct orders, or speedy delivery... little things also factor into retaining customers.
Best subs in town. I moved away from. Zanesville 16 years ago. But everything I come back I have to get some subs.
Just ordered from here and the lady that was working was extremely rude I was asking her the prices on things and she was just being absolutely rude to me other than that pizza is good but some of the workers are f-ing R.U.D.E
