The Positives: The service here was incredible. It was a kind and understanding staff who made sure our experience was as great as it could be. The subs, pizza sauce and cheese were also delicious. The pricing was also very reasonable. The Negatives: The pizza itself wasn’t very filling as a result of the thin crust. The crust itself was not very tasty and had a bit of a gritty texture. Not bad by any means, but certainly not a highlight of the meal.
Very good. Toppings from one edge to the other, nice and hot when we got it.
Bruschetta cauliflower pizza is heaven,so good.
Couldnt get an7 edge to edge pizza in zanesville, skimpy everytime!
Love the cauliflower crust! This is my go-to pizza chain.
So you call to make a order and they can't hear you. I've never heard of a pizza shop where you can't order the food the way you want it. Example: I couldn't get more then 2 toppings in a calzone one being cheese. So that made it one item. She said the computer wouldn't let her put it in so she couldn't do it. So after completely changing my whole order on the spot she said the credit card wouldn't work when it clearly works! So be prepared!
Love it but need to say your dining room hours went past quite a few open places to get there only to find when we pulled up at 2 til 10. They closed dining room
We spent over $30.00, we have been eating Donatos for years. My husband and I ordered salads. The young lady wrking acted like she was unconvinced to make him a special salad. Our pizza was undercooked, it was gooey and our toppings were pretty much raw. I know getting good help is hard now but this unacceptable. My husband told the girl wrking about it. She literally just walked away. Guess we won't be back!!
Good food. Decent prices
Had pizza at the food court at the Columbus Zoo today. The menu says it's Donato's. It was the worst pizza I ever had. It was so greasy we ate 2 pieces and threw the rest away. It was gross. It was $24 wasted. Next time, we'll try the burgers or chicken fingers.
